This was my next month purchase after getting the VTR month 3 reward.
It cost me about 90$ with a IMR bat and a Charger. And expedited shipping.
Phil Basardo from taste my juice has a nice video review on the unit.
The key reason for my buying it was it has no pulse width. i.e. The output is a flat d/c curve.
The Pros:
1. Lighter than the VTR easy to carry. If your ok with the Phallic Shape.
2. Nice super bright screen.
3. Easy menu system.
4. You can pump 20 watts. More than this and your mad and it gets pointless see Cons Bat life to understand.
5. True d/c output no Pulse Width. So in a way better for RBAs and flavors. Finally a challenger to the Mech Mods.
The Cons:
1. Bat life a Sony VTC5 wont last the day. I have 1 IMR, 1 Sony VTC 5, and 6 2800 Mah laptop 18650 bats. With the Segeli I am running thru all my Bats. And its a struggle to keep up. With the VTR I could skip 2-3 days without even have to bother about putting bats up for charge. Now every night I have to put the sony and the IMR in for charge. I aslo have to charge all my laptop bats Funny thing is Im not using more watts use the same watts 12.5 on the VTR and the segeli. Yet the VTR seems to last longer.
2. The bat spring is too stiff. And it causes units to fail. So I reduced the height of the spring by 3mm. Put it in a small vice and heated on gas stove.
3. I have to machine a 26650 tube. I have ordered some as soon as they land up will machine the tube. Also thinking of doing a box mod with the segeli head. 2x 18650 bats. Forget about using this on a single 18650 its pointless.
4. The quality of the threads on the EGO / 510 conector are not so good and the metal is not so good. I see this wearing out. So like the VTR I use a convertor. So that only the convertor threads wear out and the units threads see no use.

Re: My Segeli 20 Watt thread.
Get a few 510/ego adaptors..Extremely cheap. Works well to save threads.
Re: My Segeli 20 Watt thread.
I wonder where you read that idea first ?
Another problem with this mod is that if your not using a 510 conector and using something like a Protank Mini. With the ego threading there is zero draw. You can suck all you want but you wont get any vapour.
This is because the base of the tank sits flush with the base of the mod. So it has zero air flow.
One way arround this is to use an adapter but I dont have mine with me right now.
Another way would be to cut groves into the top. Still another solution is dont screw the tank all the way down onto the base.
