For me it would have to be
1. The Russian 91 or Kayfun light. (Get the Kayfun 3.1 if you can afford it). Under 15$ on FT for Lite and Under 30$ for 3.1
2. The kanger Tech Aero Adjustable air flow. (I paid 28$ for mine. Now they are much cheaper).
3. The Igo W dripper Under 7$ from FT.
The Tank Id like to rate 1 would be the Itika but have not tried it. It will be my first ceramic cup dual coil.
It has adjustable air flow and Juice Flow.
