a. Bring some semblance of sense to the prices of e-cig items in India.
People are charging anything they want. Nobody is operating it like a normal business i.e. X is cost. Y is Profit margin and Z is selling cost. Bring the prices down to more reasonable levels. I think we have had some effect here allready with many vendors already lowering their prices to Rs 300/- for 10 ML.

b. Focus on the aspect of healthy e- smoking. Our tag line will be Flavor so good you wont miss the nicotine. Make it so good that we do not even need to supply nictone. Make it as healthy as possible by.
1. Making zero nic juice so tasty that people will even smoke it with zero Nicotine.
2. Reduce to the bare minimum the % of PG in the juice.
3. Refuse to use any chemical flavoring. To make the flavors POP. (Only Natural Sweeteners / sour etc will be use).

c. Promote a culture of DIY for Mods, Tanks and Ejuice.

d. Have a tight knit community of users.

So when are you planning to launch. I came across your post on Fasttech and am really looking forward to your site launch. This could be game changer for the Indian market.

Soon. We are already selling to test how people like our flavors to a select few members. A kind of market research.
We have a few more issues to sort out.
One of the biggest challenges was finding a PG / VP base which actually flavourless and pure. Sounds simple but it was the hardest part.

An initiative like this is something the indian vaping community needs badly.

With the right juices, zero nic vaping should be a reality soon. I can see myself there a yr or so from now.

Another thing i think would be important would be not getting into mass advertising(though that happening by the current vendors is low). Or going crazy viral yet. Its very important to have a large vaper base before that happens. this way, a sneak attack on big tobacco can be done.
Meanwhile, with the right prices at babavapes, the looting from other vendors will stop. there maybe havoc. But eventually sanity will prevail.

What I see going forward.

1. Every tom dick and harry is going to start selling e-juice.
2. Prices will crash
3. Prices will fall to about Rs 80/- per 10 ML. Below this it cant be done.
4. There will be tons of companies putting out really crappy flavors.
5. From the dust a few companies will recover and grown. Only because their flavors are good. The quality of their ingredients will be superior.
All this will happen in under 2 years.
