Wassabi

Post by kapeed »

So I guess I'm doing things backwards... posted in the 4 stroke forum... K well actually first posted in the 2 stroke forum... then thought I better look up whether my bike was a two stroke or 4 stroke... found out I had a four stroke.... felt dumb for a minute... Realised my post in the 2 stroke forum was still up... felt a little dumber... went and removed it and put it in the 4 stroke forum... Got amazing help there... continuing to get help and some good entertainment... so came over here to see whats goin on... This forum is awesome... lots of great advice here... Oh ya the introduction part...

so lets start with the bike I have... Bajaj Pulsar 180cc 2007 model... Didn't start with the name seeing as its pretty obvious its Deepak as my screen name is my name spelled backwards... anways came to Bangalore to do MBBS and got my first bike here ( discover 125cc)... and that was at the time when there was no helmet rule... felt like I was flying the first time I went above 60... been loving Riding since... Planning on getting an R6 when I go home... friend has one and it looks amazing... plus the added cc's could help us Stout* fellows go faster... and just like stout is in... so is speed... in my books... although maybe it shouldn't be seeing as how I have so many more scars now than before... well nothing too major yet... still haven't broken a single bone in my body... knocks on wood*

p.s wow Puj IS really a celebrity here... haha...

Yes, but Ram's STi is slow and the only way to get it going fast is to throw Ram outta the car.

Sorry ram, couldn't resist.

This is true.. when ppl ask me how fast my car/bike can go.. I ask.. with me or without me in it??
having said that.. teji you flucker.. no more goodies for you from the US.. :P
I'll talk to the other guys coming down too and cut you off..

edit: @ vivek.. all around the world you get 2 kinds of imprezas.. the regular.. which is a tame grocery shopper.. and the WRX which is a 2.0turbocharged ~300HP monster.
In the US.. however, you get the usual Impreza that no one buys.. the WRX which is a 2.0turbo putting out 226HP and an STi which is a 2.5T with 300HP and a lot more low end torque than its japanese/european counterparts.

^ Ultimately every thread can descent into porn sharing thread. That's how you know you are on a biker forum.

However unfortunately some threads escape that convention.
