Greetings!
Been riding bikes for more than 20 years and prefer riding to driving from my farm to Bangalore(160km)that I do 2-3 times a month.
I parted from my '87 Bullet 350 for a 125 cc with some regret - I live 20 km from town and got too tired with maintenance,specially after my long time mechanic moved a couple of years back.I still use a '96 Enfield Diesel, however, less frequently for long rides.
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of components on my new bike - all the original cables,switches,bulbs are going strong after 33,000 kms.Just unbelievable - would not go anywhere on the Enfields without a spare set of cables,bulbs and assorted hardware!
Look forward to catching up with the developments in the Indian bike scene with the help of this forum.
