Post your area.
A member will PM you.
I personally only recomend doing your own wrenching but there are quite a few RD mechs in Bombay if you cant.

Hi sachin
What kind of work does your bike need..if its in need of an engine rebuild and complete bike work then DONT LET ANYONE touch ur bike...pls dont get ripped off..
If it needs a service then give it to a good local RD mech(there are few in bandra) BUT make sure all the work is done in front of u and bike nevers is outta your sight..and PLEASE dont fall for the "newer/better part" thingy IF at all the mech changes anypart GET BACK the old part with you.

Sachin: The closest people for you would be Johnny at Khar-Danda or his brother Mario at reclaimation. There's also Antony near Lido (Juhu Garden). All do good work, but no mechanic will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you get the best possible service. Sit, wait, ask stupid questions, wait, run around and so on. You'll take a few knocks in the process, but that's unavoidable. Try not to let just anyone open up the head/block (most likely no one will unless you specifically ask). Ensure that they tighten whatever they loosen. Take lots of test rides for as long as possible and don't settle for something you don't feel comfortable with.

RD was my first bike too.

I have been going to a guy called Afsaar, and have been happy the way he's been doing the bike. He is excellent with tuning - can play with carbs and points.. but has NO EXPERIENCE with CDI.

totally agree with Ankz here. Afshar is a great guy. I got my bike completely rebuilt from him and believe he is a one cool dude. Wont rip your wallet to pieces nor will he lie to u bout anything. The dude is an ex escorts guy who used to work with them back in the golden days when they launched it in India.

If you want any help u can contact me on 9820663939

will try and help u as much as I can

cheers

Hey Prathz, does your mech stock parts as well, like oil seals etc.
