Buying parts

I would like to find out from whoever runs RDDreams (Ron Chinoy?) how one goes about ordering parts and getting information generally, since the email address is spam-blocked. My question is can I buy just one RD piston (0.25 or 0.5 mm oversize, whatver is the smallest available) and how much would it cost shipped to Melbourne, Australia.
