Im proud to anounce that we will shortlly be releasing our very own home grown ECU.
This is being developed for my Turbo esteem but could be used on any engine two stroke or four stroke.
And since this has been developed by us it can be customised and tweaked to meet any requirement two stroke or four stroke.
This is not some cheap rip off copy of the megasquirt.
We are developing it from scratch.
The Display is the central console for the system and displays values such as O2, fuel mixture, Manifold Presure and controls the fuel injector.
It will be a closed loop system. Monitoring the o2 levels. If the engine goes lean it will fire the injector.
How its being setup on my car.
1. Map sensor hooked up
2. O2 Narrow band sensor hooked up.
3. Temp sensor hooked up.
Display O2 and Map sensor output.
If boost is being produced and O2 reading lean fire injector. If o2 reading goes up. Stop firing injector.
You can programe exactlly what O2 ratio you want to run i.e. 11:1 or 17:1
And the CPU will maintain that ratio with the help of the cold start injector. Self adjusting to the boost the engine is seeing.
We also have our first customer.
ps: FYI the PSI rating at 12 High Street is 12.735
So the guys runing their cars and bikes at sea level have a 2 PSI boost over us
