Since this is the most frequest question I get here is what I would do if I had such a bike.
Make a shoping list and mail it in as you get the funds to RDD.

1. Firt step.
Upgrade what ever you have to a RXG 5 speed barrel. Unless you really want low end power in which case port your 4 speed to Hybrid spec.

2. Buy the RDD Digital CDI, Filter and Jet kit.

3. Get your existing barrel ported. Stage I, II, or III.

4. Get the non cat con exhaust and install a free flow mufler.

5. Get chambers. (This isnt recomended for street use)

Other Goodies if you can afford them.
1. Kehin flat slides
2. Performance Reed Cage.

ALl these mods should give you a fun peppy bike which produces arround twice the power your stock bike is making right now.

RD350 Ypvs reeds should work well right? Is a 28mm Mikuni D slide overkill for a 135 ?

Engine design / Porting for a single cylinder is 2K. Twin Cylinder 4K.
You have to give me the barrel. This is for Blue Print or stage 1 or stage 2 not 3 or 4.

Single Cylinder Basic Digital CDI is Rs 1900/- Dual Cylinder is 3400/- (Basic)

Filter Jet kit is Rs 1500/-

Chambers are or where Rs 4500 for a single and 9000/- for a twin. (Not doing them at present cause its not economically viable even at these prices). Besides top speed with stock vs chambers is only something like 10Kms.

Reeds are arround Rs 3K each. We supply our own petal combination not open to discusion or giving out this info.

The reason I didnt want to post prices is cause somebody will come along and say let me do it for less. Yes I know about the PMs and emails bouncing arround.

Ron just had a couple of questions.
Lets say someone from outside blore wants to get their bike [ rx100, rx 135, RD350] done up from RDD what is the procedure to contact you.
I am asking this bcoz you get too many emails and we dont know when you are free to take up new work.
What is the time involved in getting the bike ready.
For Eg:If i want to send my Rd for a complete engine and cosmetic job nothing fancy just for street use what is the process.

DOnt work well to any deadlines. Send the barrels expect to wiat 2 days to 5 weeks.
This work even if I do it is low priority.
New product development and sorting out issues like problems with the RZ CDI get top priority.
Nothing is more pissing off than a customer who threatens to buy something then wants to excahge dozens of e-mails discusing his engine.
You want a product. You get a price you buy it end of story.
Barels are couried to me and then couried back same wasy it works anywhere else in the world.

Pipes as I see it. Presntlly nobdoy has a clue. Everybody is busy experimenting and playing arround with 30 year old formulae. Im not in the mood to do designs only to have them copied.
We have plans to have them bulk manufactured with certain ideas that would make them hard to copy. But dont have the time to get into that right now.
If one can get the metal dies sorted out. Then pipes is the bigest money spiner of all.
Im going to say give us some time we will be coming out with something soon.

Taking full bikes like I did with Mad Maxes and a few others was a very big mistake. Fixing cycle parts is not my area of expertise nor intrest. And its unlikelly we will ever make that mistake again. Engine design, porting, performance parts, reboring, re-sleving, etc is where the focus will be. I want to see the Art of biking move to the US modell. Where any biker worth his salt can do stuff like lift barrels and put them in the mail. Get them back put them on and ride.
Even if you cant. Pretty much any mech can do this for you.

thank you very much for the info Ron :D... i have a question...if i get my bike ported (stage 2 ) , the RDD CDI (if i send the barrels back to u for a stage 3 or if i want to make it like allywn's rx/RD *beep* sometime in the future is the CDI reprogrammable/compatible for that setup if i buy the 1900/- CDI?) + filters and again can the RDD reeds be used/compatible on my bike if i decide to upgrade to the RD *beep* from the stage 2 porting? (please excuse my limited knowledge of bike if these questions sound silly) im waiting for u to start making chambers again :D.....
