After riding it for a month it blew the main bearings. Well one thing led to another and before I knew it I was totally reconstructing it to look like a GP500 replica. I have a few more bits to buy and a *beep* paint job to spray then it will be ready for the engine. I’m gathering all the parts for it right now, and I can’t believe how fast the bill is rising. I work in a high tech fabricating shop so I am very lucky to have mills, lathes, and other tools at my disposal. Not to mention I’ve been TIG welding for the last 18 years. So everything that has been done to it, I have done myself. That's not to say I know exactly what I'm doing because this has been a big learning experience for me. I can't tell you how many times I have had this bike apart and back together in different ways. 
Well I don’t want to talk too much my first time out. So I just want to say that I have really enjoyed checking out this cool site so far. 
And hope to get to know all of you better as time goes by.
