If you race two strokes you know how critcial temp is to power.
Enougf has been writen on the optimum temp for max. Power.

Many years ago I sat down with a radiator specalist and we had a long talk on how we could achive that And what we came up with was improving the effiency of the radiator while not increasing its size to much.

Recentlly I had an oportunity to test this theory for a customer for whom I am building an air cooled / LC hybrid.

These are pictures of the Radiator built. This is also wider than stock by 1" on each side. In total we have boosted the radiators efficency by 100%.

We take on custom jobs that will replicate identical copies of LC and RZ radiators. We also do special one off like this that have 3 cores, and are slightlly wider than stock. THe orignal LC radiator only has two cores. This is a huge boost in cooling efficeny for the engine.

Get your self a new better radiator for les than youd pay for a second hand unit.
PM or mail us for futher info.

In responces to the pm's

Yes the radiator shord mounting has been retained.
Yes we can do even 4 and 5 core jobs. THought I feel a jump for 2 to 3 is more than enoughf.
Yes we can do radiators for pretty much any bike.
All radiators come with a 1 year warranty.

JL - Where? Or in your view, what is the preferred operating temp for a tuned RD/RZ350?

These are pictures of the Radiator built. This is also wider than stock by 1" on each side. In total we have boosted the radiators efficency by 100%.

JL - For a tuned RZ/RD350, how many cores would I need to provide sufficient cooling for around 75 rwhp?

Get your self a new better radiator for les than youd pay for a second hand unit.

JL - So what kind of price are you talking about to get one over to the UK?

PM or mail us for futher info.

Prices start at Rs 3000/- and go upto 5000/- depending on a number of factors. Yes I know if your not bothered about how it looks you can get it done for cheaper.
JL I cant say you need X volume for X BHP. One thing is for sure. The better the cooling the longer you can push the bike. So you need to measure up how large your willing to go in terms of extra length and width send us the measurements and we will have it built for you.
JL thats 37-60 pounds.
