THis was initally designed for the VFR 750 which has a chronic problem with its RR units blowing up.

Im so confident about the rugedness and performance of this unit that we will give our Indian customers a life time garuntee on it.

THis can also be used on your RD350. Are you tired of using antiquated and outdated RR or cheap KB RR units that keep blowing up.

This unit is rated to 45 Amps. That is it can charge anything from a 1 AMP bat to a 45 AMP bat. On cars, Bikes, super bikes.

Price is actually based on the Application i.e. superbike / RD etc. Or technically your Bat. Amps and alternator output but for most apps it will be 35$ or Rs 1600/-. Super bike or car apps may be a little more.

Ok try to match coupler.
Ive not sealed it cause the PCB looks really good and I want you to see the number of components on the PCB most people thing its 4 diodes wiresed together. Its not this is an ultra modern design and PCB.

This picture shows a CBR500 F3 RR unit.
Next to it is our RR unit.
Whats obvious is the poor heat disapation shield on the CBR unit. What you see is the underside of the CBR unit the top is plain rubber. Well burnt rubber in this case.

This is why I feel our RR unit will stand up to a lot more abuse.
Im sorry I cant show you the circuit but Crankyminds has seen both sides of the RR PCB and can tell you about it.
