So many people ask. What gear should I start with.
My take is you should save your self some money and go for something you can rebuild right off the bat. Because that is where we all land up sooner or latter.

So may as well start off with it. And save time and money.
Yes there is a steep learning curve. And you need to learn to build your own coils. Its not rocket science.

I see no point in using tanks with change out coils.

Start with an Orchid or a Kayfun or a dripper and you can really enjoy any flavor you want.
It takes up about 30 min of your week. Where you may need to build a new coil. Most of the week you can go 2-3 days with the same coil. When you want to change the flavor.
Just pull out the cotton. Wash the tank and push in new cotton and your done.

Ad1tya you want to check out Ploom.com/pax for a rechargeable vape, or an Iolite if you want to run butane in your device.

OFF TOPIC: I am on the verge of pulling the trigger on the Magic Flight Launch Box.
I prefer simple mechanical devices where not much can go wrong and even if they do, I can fix them most times.
If I were a rich man, I would get Pax by Ploom. And I don't trust the quality of components and the design of the cheaper electronic vapes with PCBs, especially given that I use them fairly roughly.

ON TOPIC: Rebuildables are the way. My Kayfun has now been running on the same coil for close to three months now, after I had it modded and the coil wound by Ron (0.7 ohms). I have since been going through almost a tankful a day and re-wicking once a week or when I change flavours. It's literally a 5 minute job. I never bothered with Kangertechs and that type of tanks. Its been re-buildable from day one and the Kayfun 3.1 is my all-time favourite.
