What ever it is dont panic.
Ive seen it all and been thru it all.
Most forums will tell you that your body would do this just from stopping to smoke.
Id have to disagree. And we just need to amit there can be issues.
Most common problems reported.
1. Rash on face
2. Swollen lips.
3. Mouth sores
4. Running to the bathroom
5. Not being able to go to the bathroom.
6. Boils in nose.
Etc Etc. Feel free to add your problem.
These are my thoughts.
If its a problem. Put the e-cig down and just figure this is not for you.
It is reported that a small percentage of the population is PG sensitive.
So you will need to make sure that your tank is not leaking liquid into your mouth.
You should make sure that you do not get any on your hands.
Wash your hands if it touches liquid.
Try shifting to 100% Natrual. i.e. Zero PG. Or Low PG flavors.
Do not over do the nicotine. Its very easy to do this. Face rash and redness of face is first sign esp for fair people. That is the capillaries on your face constricting that turns it red.
It could also be some flavors. That cause this. Avoid them.
Best bet is to order only VG + Nic. No Flavor and smoke that for a few days.
This will isolate the problem. Else the rashes tend to go away themselves. And conditions stabilize.
I have drank 100 Ml of VG every day for a week and had no adverse reaction. I would not be stupid enough to try that with PG.
My theory is that this is all directly linked to how much you smoke. If its 1-2 ML you will be fine. Its when your cross that 5ML line a day that the VG and stuff start to exit your body via your skin and this causes complications.
Wash your face regular. With a mild soap. Avoid exhaling via the nose.
Drink lots of water.

Re: On Medical issues regarding e-cig use.
How to trouble shoot this problem.
1. Switch to using juice from another vendor. To see if it goes away.
2. Switch to zero PG juice to see if its the PG.
3. Switch to zero nic Juice to see if its the nic.
4. Remove any Natural flavors and WTA / Alkaloids from the picture if your smoking them.
5. Change your flavors. Some flavors can cause reactions.
When it comes to the Nic we only use imported nic. This is imported from Wizard Labs or MyFreedomSmokes in the USA.
After testing 10 different vendors in the USA I narrowed down on these two.
I personally use the Indian Nic. Because I like it. But its not sold to anybody.
My logic is as long as there is American Nic we will use that. And in the mean times I will test the Indian Nic on my self.
When I get a bad flare up. What I do is. Switch to pure VG and Nic nothing else. Its called Pure and Simple.
We will offer it on the list.

Re: On Medical issues regarding e-cig use.
Mouth sores can definitely happen just from quitting cigarettes...I suffered a lot due to this back during my wills days. The first 5-6 days after quitting smoking used to be absolute hell.
Never faced the issue since switching to lights though.

Re: On Medical issues regarding e-cig use.
I did notice teeth sensitivity after using e-cigarettes...kind of strong but not sure it's related.
Re: On Medical issues regarding e-cig use.
There is a never end stream of medical complaints that I get to hear off.
Like motor said most of these are just related to your stopping smoking. In fact it would be a big help if we could get this data from people who stoped smoking without e-cig.
The number 1 complaint I get from new e-cig users is I have ulcers in my mouth and I never had them when I was smoking.
I think when we stop smoking a lot of things happen that have not been documented. And then we land up blaming the e-cig.
The way I look at it. If your smoking world class Nicotine. And flavors and if you are not taking more nicotine than when you where smoking you should be fine. The doubt only happens when your nicotine consumption shoots thru the roof. i.e. you where smoking 10 cigs. And now you are vaping 20 Mg Nic in huge Qty.
The latest complaint to come to me has been loss of hair.
This one I will not dismiss out of hand because over the last 6 months I too have lost pretty much all my hair. It may be too late to fix it. But I plan on cutting back on my nicotine to see if it helps.
It could also be that after we stop smoking our sex drive goes up. Thus our testrone levels go up. Thus our hair falls. Or it could be that nicotine directly results in hair loss. But as long as we keep our levels to what it was when we where smoking I dont think it should happen.
My first response to anybody with medical complaint is Nicotine is bad cut down on it.

Re: On Medical issues regarding e-cig use.
Constipation is another frequent complaint I get to hear off.
With quite a few people returning to smoking only because of this.
Three are a few things you can do to help with Constipation when you stop smoking.
1. Every other day take 15 ML Looz. Its a Lactulose Solution.
2. Try to keep one tank with some flavor that has Tobacco Absolute in it. i.e. Mysore Leaf or Even Tobacco Supreme. Which has absolute in it.
