How we landed up with 3 cheese flavors.

First one smelt the best. But had Acotin. Nothing is wrong with Acotin but if you keep it for 6 months or more. It may turn into Diacetyl. If you ask me its highly improbable. But why take the risk. So Cheese 2 was made and acotin was substituted with another flavor.
THen we thought how would it taste without the substitution. Because the sub costs a lot. And it rounds off all the high notes.
Who ever I sold Cheese to landed up eating it and not vaping it. They add it to dosa, bread, rice. Anything and it tastes like cheese. No nic so safe to eat it I guess. I prefer smoking it.
If somebody orders two cheeses Il guess we will thrown in chese 1 free. Then you tell us when one tasted the best.
Problem with Cheese is it takes its own sweet time to cure. Cheese 1 has obviously cured the most. And cheese 3 the least.
But its such an amazing flavor I think it will go well with anything. Im thinking Cheese with Coffee choclate.
