The challanges of coming up with good juice in an over competitive market. Flooded with options.
Im going to share my secret here. As it will get taken down when we move to the new forum.

As you all know there are 3 main components to any ejuice. There is a 4th which Baba Vapes will not use at this time.
1. PG
2. VG
3. Flavors
4. Chemicals added for taste. (Ill post which ones get added later.)

First PG.
Its the nasty stuff. Its the stuff that reacts causes reactions and the stuff I and everybody else wants to avoid. Its harsh on the throat. Not smooth like VG and does not create smoke so well. So why is it added ?.
Its added to carry flavor. Without it you cant have flavor.
Baba Vapes had opted to use it but in the barest of qty. i.e. 10% to 15%. This causes a big problem We have to spend twice as much on our flavors to get the strong flavor desired. But costing is not an issue. For me right now. As to quality you cant get anything purer than what we are buying my supplier is one of the largest exporters of PG to the USA from India.

2nd VG:
This is the least harmful off all the stuff in e-juice. Its smooth on the throat. It creates nice big clouds of smoke. But it has a problem it wont carry flavor and taste. No problem we will just spend more on flavors. Costing is not an issue.

3rd:
Flavors.
Flavors can be split into a few types.
a. American based flavors. These are mostly synthetic. The advantage is they need very low % mix. So are safe. Because so little is added. The only disadvantage is that they must be imported from the USA. So costs are high.

b. China Flavors.
Nobody knows much about how they are made but they are popular and do work. Plus you have the option of giving people exactlly the same flavor they buy from the shop for less. So we can offer any Hangsen Flavor and it will match or be better than the shop stuff. Because we make the flavor nice and strong.

c. Indian Flavors:
Here 99% of the flavors are all done from Natrual Extracts. i.e. no chemicals used other than the item + PG. Problem is you must use very high % of flavor to get a strong flavor. And these flavors are all PG based. So only ok if your ok with smoking 30%+ PG in your juice. Not such a big deals as most flavors being sold world wide are 50-50 i.e. 50% PG and 50%VG

Agreed you can never get the kind of flavor you get with 50% of PG. But Id rather take a hit in flavor and save my body.
PG leaches stuff. Imagine what it does inside you. I think guys need to smarten up to heading towards lower and lower PG levels. Baba Vapes is doing its bit by limiting PG in our juices to the lowest possible.

Our flavors are going to be really strong. Because thats the way I like it. Others may not. So you can buy PG or VG form us. And add it to your ratio / taste. You get the highest quality PG / VG from us. The idea is we only sell something if I test it and love it.

The last part is chemicals. Most of these are what make some e-juice Pop. Sure it has a wow factor like nothing else. But Im very very very hesitant to use these in e-juice. Still need to research and read up some more on it. Id rather not get the juice to pop and just be happy that its safer. All of these chamicals are used in food flavoring. But just because they are ok to eat does not mean they are ok to vape. We will see. If we need to get that wow and pop will think about adding it. As of now feed back is that people are loving the flavors as is.

Still waiting on a source for empty bottles.

I should warn you that our liquids are very very thick. There are some reasons for this.

1. We use more VG than PG
2. The quality of our VG is very high.

The Fix:
Just mix some distilled water a few drops.

The Proof:
Buy VG from anybody. Buy VG from us. Mix it in a tank with our juice / VG. Our Juice will sink to the bottom of the tank.
Shake it up both will mix.

If enough people complain about this. We will just add the water while mixing. I personally dont care. And enjoy the thicker pure VG.

My focus is now purely on the tobacco flavors and tobacco alkaloids.
So this post will be about Tob Flavors only.

One of the most critical flavors in the tob world is RY4.
So its critical to get that one right.
Now the problem with this is that there are so many RY4 flavors out there.

And not everybody likes the same RY4.
There are a few options for me. I can either take all the RY4s and make one super tasting one. But that would be super to me and bad to somebody else. Since taste is so subjective.

As things stand we have 3 RY4 Flavors from US. And one RY4 flavor the original RY4 from China.
Till I figure this out. Will just offer all the RY4s.
RY4 for the American Palate
RY4 Double strong
RY4 for the China Palate
RY4 for the Asian Palate.

One of them will and should blow your socks off. Or get all of them and come up with your own RY4.

Other Tob Flavors
Malbro - American
Honey Do. - American
Camel - China Hangsen.

The fruit flavors are a no brainer. Mix essence and smoke. The tob flavors on the other hand are a nightmare and take 4-5 weeks to cure. And take a lot of cooking to get right. i.e. add a drop of this. Add a drop of that. etc. Mix 30% Cognac Tob. 2% irish cream. 4% Camell. 6% Vallina 2% Hazel Nut. 1% Bulgarian Tob Absolute. Is just one sample recipe.
The other challenge is keeping the flavor the same. Between batches.

Flavors will be offered in very low PG based numbers. If you want high PG based juice. BV is the wrong place to buy from.

We will be offering two types of VG.
Synthetic Based:
No lab report required for this. Because its 99.9% pure. Any impurity is only water.

Vegetable Based:
Lab report can be provided for each batch. But I do not want to post it here. Because then other vendors selling e-juice will just copy it. Right now vendors selling e-juice do not even know what is supposed to be in a lab report. I have no plans on educating them. Let them be happy selling their food grade juice. Or if they have it let them provide the data. Either way I don't care.
I know what Ive got am happy smoking it.

With the lab report finally in front of me. Im feeling a lot lot better. That we are finally getting somewhere. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

For regular customers we may share the data and explain what all is tested and what the numbers mean.
