The Challenges off making e-juice.

Ive cracked the purity issues on VG and PG. That was the largest problem with making juice.

Now Im stuck in a loop. PG is bad for you. VG is good for you. But VG will not carry flavor.
If you want flavor you must add PG. The more PG you add the better the flavor.
One short cut is to add more flavor. But then the cost of making the juice shoots thru the roof.
The other option is to use chemicals to give taste. This works thru VG also.

As a cook you must make a call between fooling people into liking your juice and cooking something that is also healthy for them.
The problem is a bit like real cooking. Easy way to make tasty food is use lots of oil. Harder to make tasty food without oil or with less oil.

A few things are for sure
a. Im not going to compromise on health for taste. But for this to work you need to smoke only healthy juice for 2-3 days to notice the diff.

b. Im not going to use chemicals. To add taste.

c. Focus will be on showcasing the quality of VG and PG. As of now the max Im willing to go is 75 VG and 25 PG.
Even if people place large orders for higher PG Im not going to supply it. There is no doubt in my mind and I dont need a lab to tell me that VG is healthier and less harmful than PG.

Those of you willing to suck on PG to get your flavor fix. By all means go ahead.
Super excited with the new flavors being cooked this week. Because Im going to cook them my way.

Indian Tobacco by hangseng + My honey do. Is the best tob flavor Ive ever had.

If you want your juice to taste just like Hangseng the easy way is just used 50% PG and 50% VG. Im sure you wont be able to tell the diff.

I need more info on flavor. How it works. What role entropy plays. What role oxidation plays.
