help me pick a RBA

so far i like the vision eternity.
What Im looking for
a. Single post or dual post
b. Should be able to hold 1-2 ML liquid without leaking even is put down.
c. A setup which allows me to use tank / drip i.e. both is a plus.
d. If it has a glass window its a plus.
e. If it has adjustable air flow its a plus.
My budget is under 25$ 30$ max.
