Please excuse me for not posting my intro earlier. Hadnt noticed this section
I have always liked the RD since i first saw it. I recently fell in love all over again with a beautifully restored one i saw online. Have now been reading up quite a bit on the bike, and forums like RDD have been a great help. Its great to see so many passionate folks here, ready to share their wealth of knowledge. Thanks to you all, i now feel its possible and practical to own and maintain an RD. God bless the internet! and people like Ron.
I have had a Yamaha YBX for 10 years, and recently had it restored. Pics and details are on this link:

I am now looking for that dream RD which is waiting for me somewhere. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to learning more about the RD and knowing a lot of you RD maniacs better.
Cheers!

Just go through about 10 odd bikes before settling on one. Or you can take the short cut and get in touch with speedz on the forum, who has quite a few mint stock RDs with prices in the 4 digit range.I am now looking for that dream RD
There is no hope left when you start declutching an RD.
