Greetings to all RD350 fans.

Post by prizm »

Hello,
i would like to introduce myself to all the members here. I am Rahul Kalia, Doctor by profession and RD350 is my passion. I am from Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I have owned and driven 2 strokes and have loved them. The first one was Chetak scooter, the second was KB125 which i had for around 5 years and then i managed to get my hands on a RD350 1984 model HT, and it was a dream come true. Slowly and steadily i am learnning how to work the bike myself.
My first aim for the near future is to get a CDI for the bike as i am still running on points.
Looking forwards to a great company here in the RD community.
Cheers!

Vampire: Yes, this is the same Rahul. We met for the first time recently at my local pump, though we knew about each other through the pump-wallahs over the years. Funny aint it? Welcome Rahul, and I hope you will join us on our next ride when I too am hopefully awake.

I have been on a lookout for a chrome head light, had shortlisted Thunderbirds headlight but am yet to find out whether or not it will fit well in mine. I am glad you guys like the bike, i try and spend as much time maintaining as much riding it.
yes Kuldeep, you need not mention the name. i am trying to get one in the near future.
Tushar: I would love to join you guys on the next ride. you already have my no. so give me a call when you plan the ride.

You can fit the thunderbird headlight along with the headlight bracket....its a little longer that RD bracket so it juts out a little in fron of the meters......or try yezdi headlight man.....
