right now i have a 2003 model cbz fitted K&N filter with upsize jets, maxspeed ignition wire, original NGK plugs (not iridium), proton exhaust pipe, new designed carb from Hero Honda (keihin), front tire- 3.00 R18mrf zapper c and rear with 140/70 R18 duro HF 918..

whats this new designed carb u got from HH? Is this one single piece made by HH or its in mass prod? Whats the diff(with respect to improvements and design) between this new design and the one which comes on cbz?
