Vampire, you should get rid of those Pacer Yamaha stickers now.

Sanju, I think he is refering to RDD stickers.

Vampire why don't you put Ferrari or Hayabusa or something like that....just joking yaar, don't even think of doing it. Just go to the guy who does the radium and stickering stuff in sec 17, take a printout of what you want and he (Ranesh) will do have it made for you. You can refer my name.

we also switched bikes (rohit on the RXC , me on the pulsar) and we also dragged with a V2 ( me riding RXC and rohits friend who must weigh as much as me riding the V2) result was the same...in fact worst i think ( for the pulsar i.e.) :D

The bike looks really neat buddy (except for the lousy pipe and the sticker).
Some men have thousands of reasons why they cannot do it, what they need is one reason why they can.

Essentially you remove the set screw (accessible from a window in the side) and pull out your muffler. The muffler is mostly a long (oily black) tube perforated at strategic locations and has several metal discs welded to it at regular intervals. Use a long metal bar to tap out all of them. Put the improved muffler back and put back the set screw (dont forget to tighten it properly)

Your bike should have a healthy burble at the end of this little exercise.

Its quite possible he may loose some power.
But since we dont know anything about the chambers its something he needs to try at least once just to be sure.

ron since i just read that post of urs on the RX100 internal discoveries where uve said that on RD carb can be used on a ported RX (132cc) and reeds have got be changed as well as the bend pipe...i just wanted to know when i try on the RD carb what main jet do i run her on? im running 200 main jets rite now on the stock carb (rich? i hear it fluttering but somebody told be thats happenin cas i advanced the timing [?] ), im supposed to be running 180 main jets rite ? how much does a jet set cost ( i mean a complete set of carb jets :D) ? how many horses do you think she's putting out rite now (approx?) i really wish i was in bangy so that you could help me set up the bike completely....ive got to get the jetting / carburation sorted out , the exhaust , the reeds ( how much of a diff in power do you think that will make? pick up , mid range , top end ?) , the tacho , a lil bit of cosmetics and the rear tire as well ( which would be the best quality tire , size and rim size as well to run on the RXG for optimum top end as well as excellent grip and cornering abilities?)....the bike moves like crazy rite now...but i wish i was in bangy so that i could have the satisfaction of you setting it up...anyways im gonna learn alot in the process of setting it up myself.. ur advice / tips are highly valued on all the above concerns of mine. thanx
