If the bat cant hold 4.2 VOlts it means its defective. And should be replaced. Even my 10 year old laptop bats will charge to and hold 4.2 volts.
Try once more with diff. Charger if it still wont got to 4.2 have it replaced.
Had a look at the price.
Looks like something that is dumped. i.e. so bad wont sell anywhere else in the world. Is defective to start with.
So they sell it for peanuts. i.e. 1-2$ for the complete kit. Margin is high. Satisfaction from customers low. These are the products that sell in numbers. And spoil the vaping exp for guys starting out. And have *beep* margins.
The usable 650 Mah kits start at about 12$ in the US. A good bat starts at 18$ expecting to get a bat + Charger + tank for Rs 850/- is a deal best passed on.
