I have found vendors who export nic to the USA. They have agreed to sell me as much as I want. In fact more than one vendor. There are many vendors.
Only problem is the Min order qty is steep. See my post finally found Indian vendor for nic. 14.5K per Kg. Min order 5 kg.

Yes I have stocked up on my nic. Nic from fasttech is still coming thru most parts of India. I would say stock up by placing order every 2-3 weeks. Get a piss poor flavor so we can add our own flavors.

Blow your mind. Davidof Coffee.
https://www.facebook.com/ZinoDavidoffCafe

Also exotic tea's.

I First off I tried all the methods found online. i.e. steeping it for 2-3 weeks. Then boiling water in a pan and placing the container in that. Then puttin it in a glass jar and putting that inside a pressure cooker.
And many other methods.

But here is what I found. When it comes to tea and coffee flavors you need temp.
Watch how my wife makes tea. She will bring it to a boil And then let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. This slow boil is critical for the tea and coffee to release its flavor. You can speed things up by using steam i.e. more heat. But all this is hard to make e-juice. So I have come up with a method which is worth mentioning.

You mix VG with the leaves or powder. You then mash it all up with a finger or spoon. You then transfer to a glass plate which is microwave oven safe. And you run it in short bursts of 10 seconds. You want to see the liquid boil. More like simmer. You do the simer thing on and off for a few minutes. You take it out and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. You then strain and use.
Im sure you will get a flavor like you have never had.

Another key aspect to flavor is adjustable juice flow and adjustable air flow. You do not need any fancy tanks for this. You can achieve what ever you want with a simple Protank Mini 2.0.
Its simple once you practice. Juice flow is controled by the density of your cotton wick. i.e. the cotton wick you pass thru the coil you made. I wrap on a 1.8mm drill bit or a 2mm drill bit 7-8 coils.
The more dense the cotton the less the juice flows. The less dense the cotton the more the juice flows. You can make clouds if you allow a lot of juice flow. But not so much that it leaks.
The air flow is controled by the thickness of your flavor wick i.e. how dense the cotton you place over the coil. Too dense and draw is tight and you start to suck up liquid or it starts to gurgle.
I think you get the idea. Im going to apply all these tricks learned the hard way on my large protanks.

So I got my part1 of USA Flavors.
Was expecting them to be mind blowing / better than what we get in India. Big disappointment.
Irish Cream was a disappointment. So was RY4 and the 3 types of RY4.
Even the tobacco absolute was a disappointment. Who knows maybe you need to steep them to get any kind of flavor.
People talk about using 5-10% I started with 1% and kept adding finally got some taste at over 40%. Just like the Indian Flavors.

I did try apple Pie from my freedom smokes and that things flavor just blew my mind. It was so strong. But that was an e-juice not a diy concentrate. Like what I have purchased now.
As suspected the foreign flavors seem to depend more on effect of perfume and less on taste. I guess this is why they are not natural flavors. Like what we get in India.
In India. Yout get flavors where one drop in a 2ML tank and you get the hit / flavor. This nothing.

Only possible options my mouth is waxed up. Or the VG / Glycerin Im using is masking the flavors.
Im going to go looking for some higher grade PG and steep the shit for a few weeks to see if it helps. And go back to smoking my Musk melon and water Mellon combo.

tfa m-type tobacco premium
Seems to be growing on me.
At about 30-40% the flavor is changing with time.
Its almost like this is a perfume. And it needs to rub against every other molecule in the PG / Nic etc to transfer. So as it ages the flavors change. First day it tastes and smells like dry leaves.
2nd day it gets a bit better. 3rd day its ready to smoke. Then at 72 hours again its supposed to change. So you have to keep tasting it everyday. And catch it at a point where you love it.

Same goes with RY4 flavors and all ther other USA flavors I think.

We need a method to speed up steeping time.
I think my ultrasonic machine does a good job.
The microwave also does a good job. THough I have seen some people say never use a micro and other do use it. Need to chk what the deal is.
Overall Im not very impressed with any of the flavors. Id much rather stick to smoking Natural vs perfume.
I have mixed up 10 ML batches off
American Red Tobacco Flavor Concentrate (TFA)
Irish Cream Flavor (TFA)
Mtype Premium Tobacco Flavor (TFA)
Watermelon Flavor Concentrate (TFA)
RY4 Type-1 Flavor Concentrate (TFA)
RY4 Asian Flavor Concentrate ( TFA)
Virginia Fire-Cured Tobacco Flavor Concentrate (SM)
RY4 Double Flavor (TFA)
Flue Cured Flavor (TFA)

Ive run out off bottles to do any more.
At least let these start steeping. Then will start with round 2.

Next shipment of Flavors will be coming in on the 16th with my segeli. 20 watt. And all the Kanthal and wicks we could want so we can start selling it.
And not depend on the crap being sold in India.

So scored 3 more new flavors today. Blackcurrant, Lemon and strawberry.

It finally hit me. The mistake I was making was not steeping. Well I knew it had to be done but was just lazy.
My theory is steeping is only required when you have perfume based flavors. Not for natural flavors lets see Im testing the theory.

Ive read up on all the theories to speed up steeping. But here is one I have not read anywhere.
Well here is one Ive not seen online. I call it the pressure + heat steep.
Heat a test tube with a cork to 90%c. Then press the cork in to put the contents under extreme pressure. Now shake.
Another variation on this is to put the contents under vacuum. I found using vacuum works when you want to remove the perfume smell or cut down on
I have some borosill test tubes and use the SMD hot air gun to control temps to +- 1 Deg C.

Only American Perfumey concentrates need serious steeping.
The natrual flavors are good to go with just a shake. But do improve with steeping.

Today I found a VG base which is Rs 28/- for 10ML. I normally pay Rs 24 for 100 ML.
Lets see have mixed up American Watter Mellon at 20% and let it steep for 24 hours and see how it compares to my Indian only Water Mellon.
Im stuck on water mellon. My sweat, piss and shit and smelling of water mellon. Time to change up.
The lime is super. It tastes just like Lime Juice. Black currant also very full mouth taste. Also very strong.

flavors i have had zero luck with are strawberry, apple, green apple. But I have noticed the same with the ship flavors and even the hooka flavors its very hard to get these flavors to taste strong for some reason.

made quite a few breakthrus.

a. Got the perfect speed steeping setup. Rs 1000/ from Reliance Digital. Its a curd maker with 6 glass jars each jar is 200 ML. Just the price of the Jars makes it worth the money. Open it up and adjust it to be a little hotter than stock (The exact number Im not sharing as it took a lot of R&D) but anything you do will work better. Pour liquid into glass bottles and turn it on. Consumes little or no electricity. Less than my fish tank filter.

b. Found a super Natural Apple American made Vinegar. Costly very costly but you only need 1-2 drops. Also found a Grape Type Vinegar. Will sell it in 10 ML bottles on the DIY strore.

c. Figured the only way forward is to make my own flavors. Buying ready made flavors means your making a compromise on quality i.e. you buy coffee flavor. They are going to use cheap coffee. If you do your own Coffee you can use the most fancy costly exotic beans. No comparo. Nobody in the world will take the care in the selection of the raw materials as you can.

Another quick tip for DIY guys. That you will not find anywhere on the net.
Screw everything you ever read on PG / VG. Its really quite simple.
PG is used to carry flavor. If you have PG you have flavor. If you only have VG your never going to have any flavor.
I personally do trust PG as much as I trust VG. So I am keeping my PG levels low i.e. 10-20% max.
