Get it done up cosmetically to original RX100 specs, sell it, and buy an RX135 5-speed.

The center one runs on the bike.
Recieved the float bowl gasket for the TZR carb, thanks jagadeesh, so cleaned up the complete carb and jetted it to run:
Pilot Jet = 25
Main Jet = 220
Power Jet = ON
Needle = 5L1 Center Clip
Emulsion Tube = 505 Q2

And she makes enough power now in the top end to bring the front up and keep it going in 2nd gear with a 100 kilo fat ass(my friend) on it. Didnt have space to try in 3rd.
With me riding the Bike i get the front up in first lightening quick keep it there, shift into second and it still keeps going like that with the front in the air.
Need some mint condition stock RD HT to pit it against.

Gonna get a sigma soon then will try for the landspeed record thingy.

motorhead faker come down and see how she flies now... :D

After a bit of research found that the power jet on the carb is 120 so in effect its a total of 220(mains) + 120(power jet) = 340(not counting pilots), pretty wicked

Motorhead rode it, popped a scary looking wheelie in 2nd. Damn thing jsut cant keep the front down in the first 2. I rode it later and up it came in 1st shifted to 2nd and again it came up and repeat performance in 3rd too.

Rons done a stupendous port job on it it was just missing pipes and now even those are there, and we haul ass.

Can anyone suggest me taller than 16/34 sprocketing???

I never doubted those, but those looked so weird i couldnt figure out what to make of em. No mention of that stuff in Bell, Jennings, Blair etc, u dont give out secrets, so thought it was worth a shot.
But now it makes sense, one thing which i have noticed is that that particular mod lets me run 24 degree advance with this pipe and still rev to 9.5k or so and havent heard one bit of deto what so ever.
Dude love the build i have right now, its wicked fast, but i wouldnt mind sending the barrel in if u agree to do a big bore on this, and also waiting for u to start building pipes.

The problem with pipes is they are never unbeatable. I build what I think cant be beaten and then by working on it for a few more weeks. Again I beat it.
So it keeps getting better and better.
Ive never run into a design that cant be beaten.

Here is a video of the Bike doing a 3rd gear pass, speed should around 90kph true at that time.

http://rapidshare.com/files/57377720/02 ... _.3gp.html

Shifted to 4th down the road but then had to start slowing down to stop.

Come to Pune and time it on the Bushnell, or bribe Nav to go to New Bombay. A 130+ kph RX is awesome. I think with a bit more fine-tuning you can push 140. Use a TVS tap if the RX one is insufficient. Or use TWO taps.

The sigma had a wheel circumference input of 1937 mm, checked using a thread wrapped around the wheel. Gearing calculator tells me i should be doing 151 kph at 10,000 rpm. The 3rd and 4th gear speed confirms that it is getting to 10k, Will redo the whole carb in a couple of days then try once more. Cuz right now the only issues is sustaining fuel flow for atleast a 30 sec long run in the powerband.

Good stuff there torqu3e, you remind me of myself in some ways (no offence in case you took that as an insult ). Anyways just so you know there IS a lot more potential. Theres a certain 'street going' (read no weight reduction whatsoever done) RX 5 speed i know of in bangy:- stock carbs, stock airbox, stock cdi, ported with pipes and a RX King gearbox, 145kph on the bushnell in around 500 meters. Keep at it!

WTF, that is good man. I am still trying to push the envelope as of now. Once I attain atleast like 150 or so will start doing other stuff to see how much faster can we go from there.

Yeah exactly my initial reaction too lol, i guess theres always more potential on these 2 strokes, its a black art. Anyways Joel can elaborate more on the bike i'm referring to (best take it offline i suppose). I still think if you can get anymore than 145 on a reliable setup its more than you can ask for, just dont go overboard (like i did once) looking for more power and ultimately ruining a good setup. If the bike is purely for drag then ignore the above and godspeed.

IT aint for the drags, sorta planning to give it the fastest street rx of town tag. So all the effort is for that, Will post a vid of the max speed run too.
