ok update . after alotta cribbing and crying and worrying and messing around im finally enjoying my bike and having a fucking blast !!!!

specs ?

ummm lets see ...

around 20, 000 kms done on stock crank , connecting rod and bearings (STOCK RX135 4 speed)

around 10, 000 kms done on 5 speed piston , piston rings , top end bearing

piston rings not sealing properly , hone still visible .

stock RXG silencer with muffler throughed ( that is baffels removed )

stock RX135 4 speed carb running a 250 main jet

Chinoy Filter air filter

RDD RXG non programmable CDI ( this ROCKS !! cant say more.. )

timing advanced to 28 degrees

RDD (90/100) Drum Magnet , Stator Plate ,etc Kit , this rocks !! having problems riding at night ? u need this !!!)

running a shitty battery and stock spec halogen bulb

NGK BP8RHS spark plug

5 speed block piston

Stage II RDD street port

Dual Frequency RZ Reed Valves

O ring done on the head

4 speed gearbox

5 speed sprocketting

running pre mix on castrol

and yea..... so much for specs ...not the dream RDD build but its still a shit load of fun !!! and its fast...gives the 4 jokers a proper thrashing...

Feedback ? ummm... bike is a shit load of fun , i can putter around all day in 2nd and 3rd , and then pull in 3rd get into the sweet powerband , scream , upshift to 4th if i have the space , and then get hold on and listen to that growl turn into a scream , oh man , i juss love that powerband , the tingling , the roar , the speed , the feeling .... its addictive man !!!! im always in the fuckin powerband man !! mostly in 4th ....response is great ... , and she pulls like a fucking train , get off the throttle while shez in powerband and whack it again and she pulls like a train again , at any speed , alotta fun in the city and a nice screamer to boot , she isnt running the setup ron asked me to run her at ...the only difference frm the time that she was worked on is that ive upjetted to 250 and shez running good . she heats up a bit when i putter around on a hot day but thats cas of the advance timing im running but when im blasting ...fak i can press the heads with the palms of my hands , shes that cool , im having fun man and thats all that matters ... i was a lil confused but im having fun . thanks ron and thanx for puttin up with my shit man . oh yea and she sounds sweet in the powerband man...

THINGS THAT I NEED TO DO TO GET THE MOST OUT ON THIS SETUP :

Run NGK BP9S (?) ( non protuding type spak plug)

Replace bottom and top end bearing

Replace crank with RDDed balanced crank at the very least

Rebore , 1 st oversize and new piston rings

Retard Timing by 2 - 4 degrees

Sort out jetting with Bigger Carb either RD carb or flatslide (28mm?)

Sort out sprocketting

and an RDD Chamber

and then if i still want more ... BIG BORE BABY !!!

these things wont happen overnight , rite now im short of funds and juss having a blast , enjoying her the way she is ... THANX AGAIN RON , will be back in the dungeon soon !! ;)

special thanx to the bbay RDD guys for their help , specially alan and rohit.

Lol, the chambers feel quite potent ron. On several occasions the bike kinda snapped out of gear at the beginning of the powerband. Especially in 2nd and 3rd gear.

The porting is the best money can buy you in India at least man.
I told Vamps that beyond a certain point you have to have good chambers on a two stroke to make power.
