hidy ho friends & neighbors

Post by schiz »

Just an old bike addict from the states here. Recently bitten by the track bug, so I bought an old RD 350 to set up.
Found your site through search for ignitions & was impressed with the quality of info I have found.
Hearing good things here about Mr Chinoys' CDI from a Very happy owner here.
Will be reading much more than posting as I am at the beginning of the learning curve here with an awful lot to learn.
Thanks to Mr Chinoy for the quick answers to a couple emails already about the CDI.

if I knew what I was doing, it wouldn't be near as much fun

thanks for the welcome guys. About to tear down the cases on this one. Was a "complete" bike. Unfortunately about a quarter of left piston is spread through the bottom end. Oh well, crank is tight & it's a good time to learn my bike.
Wonders if Chinoy's ignition will fit Nortons......
& Anybody wanna buy a chopper?
