Bike Setup :
Barrels and Head: Done by RDD
Pistons : Wisecos .75 oversize
Reeds: RZ reeds
CDI : What else other than the RDD Digital CDI Ver. 2
Carbs : Stock carbs (Bikes weakest link now)
Filters : Mesh filter with Chinoy Filter wrap (something that needs to be taken care of)
Barrels and Heads: This is the secret of all the fun factor. From a crap LT to an LT-HT combo; which gives ample power just from the word go. Power comes real fast (that must be an understatement) and smooth and revs out quite freely. Not an all out setup for raw top end or top sped but for fun throughout with a very wide power band anybody can enjoy. Head mods helped the bike to rev out faster. I really have to vouch for the quality of rebores and tolerances.....Bike runnin need not be a nightmare anymore.....
Pistons: Was previously running TKRs so the change was simply mind blowing. I think anybody doing up an engine should have the pistons as their no. 2 priority since this makes a huge huge difference. Anybody who is into touring on their RDs should also consider Wisecos as i think they are just superb for touring. A special note of thanks to Ron for ceramic coating the pistons and going through the trouble of assembling mybike twice. Trust me no tuner in the world will go through the that much trouble; if you ask for something late you simply dont get it. Wisecos along with the ceramic coating took away all the heating issues my bike had (which brings me to the CDI too).
Downside of wisecos can be a noisy engine and an extra long warmup in the morning....anybody who does not have the patience for that dont deserve the gains....

Reeds: As ron says "The faster bike will always be running these....." Go for it....the throttle response is crisp and delicious......the bike again responses cleanly through the rev range....
Carbs: Stock carbs....Jetted by Ron....needs replacement soon....
Let me save the best for the last!
RDD Digital CDI: This should the first thing that we should plonk into the bike.....truly amazing....I went from a Shogun CDI to this and the difference left me dumbstruck...Eliminated the stone wall at high rpms...Apart from the immediate gains through the powerband......which relates to a higher revving machine....with the bike feeling much more freely revving, the real difference is on long rides I guess. The bike runs like strong for longer distances, and it just urges you to ride faster and harder. The harder and faster you ride the bike runs cooler....or lets say the bike just runs at the right temp continuously....You cannot dream of running you bike for long distances without this. Seems like a dream......
Overall the bike has turned out to be a thoroughly enjoyable ride....worth all the sacrifices I made....all credit goes to Ron and RDD.... Bike still is not running at full potential as the timing it not very advanced....need to advance and then savour the real potential......need to round up the whole setup with a pair of good carbs, filters and rods too.....waiting for Ron to spare some more time......
Cheers
