Blade???? I LOVE blades :) Always carry a rampuri with me on rides. Btw, what do u guys like carrying as deterrent weapons on rides? Being serious here - knives/swords, rods, baseball bats, hockey sticks, chains??????????? I'm planning to keep the inner tube of the Bullet's fork strapped under my seat (will fashion a nice rubber grip with a wrist strap - something like the billy club) as well as an old chain :)

Cheers, Doc

"We bikers are peaceful law abiding creatures"....yeah right and tell the cops "the tube and chain are to just adorn the bike with extra fittings and if need be to be used as a walking stick and luggage lock" I think its a good idea to carry some form of protection(unless one is built like Lep and Wraith---lots of muskles). The visual of the weapon is more of a deterrant than anything else. Will be of some help in a potential robbery, mugging situation.

yes, thats true - but remember that sometimes the visual is not enuff - and then u have to be ready to use wot u got.

I carry a big tommy (not the gun :D, the thing u use to turn box spanners) when riding at an odd hour, looks intimidating as its half visible outside the pocket and its heavy.
Think again
