Hi from Golem
Hi all,
Before I begin let me apologize to all members here to not introducing myself earlier.
I originally joined this forum just to seek specific information that I pulled from google cache (it was using old ikonboard.cgi stuff) but very soon I realized that it makes lots of sense here to stick to this forum and why I will explain shortly.
My name is Sameer and I am from mumbai. Not much of bike freak but a technological freak. Speed is not much my taste but the technology applied to achieve that speed -the passion that most bikers have, is what that puts me on (U see engine, suspension instaneous torque/trajectory et el).
Being a full time 4 stroker I own a Pulsar 150 Classic ES trying to understand things that is not easily available everywhere.
In all the Indian bike forum or newsgroup I find sprockets/exhaust/etc ideas for performance or efficiency but over here I found some real innovation happening "something out of the box" (no prizes for guessing it is Digital CDI). I learnt a lot about this just searching for information in this forum, which even my best pal google was not able to provide me.
I hope Ron along with all full time mature speed freaks keep on innovating something with which we all will benefit.
May be soon I will see the first Indian fuel injection system for bikes coming from this forum members instead of Hero Honda worth less 100 crore investment in “Economic fuel injection”.
Regards
PS: Ron sorry I am still not able to get funds for Digital CDI for my pulsar

LMAO. Some guy here actually uses the ID Pulsar-Hater. I wonder if he has seen this post. Anyways, welcome aboard Sameer. You won't find ME in this section because I would like to formally introduce myself only after I get my hands on an RD.

Good stuff man.
I dont think anybody hates the pulsars.
Its a sweet bike and Bajaj have done a prety decent job. With it.

But its out of necesity i.e. till I do it I cant put my turbo on.

To vilify a great man is the readiest way in which a little man can himself attain greatness.
