Guru's Bike

Post by Killer »

Rode it yesterday and i just wanted to say that it has the most potent powerband of any bike i've ridden from rons stables to date (non-chambered bikes)...powerband starts with a vengance at 2000 rpm and goes on pulling very very strong ...didnt get a chance to rev past 5k...but thats where the powerband is really supposed to kick in all the way to 9000rpm...amazing bike...u got a brillaint setup man guru....take care of it....come for the meets sometime

Rock on

This has got to be one awesome rebuild ever done. with all the Dream works it ROCKS.
Come a long way from the brink of disaster to a peak performing street rocket

When i got this into Rons basement ..... it was crappy with local sleeves different sized ports ..... as bad as bad could be

Specs of the rebuild:
Wiseco Banshee pistons, Wiseco Hotrods, Blue printed Gearbox, Carbon Fibre Reeds, Rubber mounted engine, Kehin PWK Carbs
Chinoy Filter Pod Filters, Digital CDI, Ports and the rest designed by Ron

For what was designed as a HT the low end is superb! it pulls really strong in the low end. havent entered superband yet
Eagerly running in :)

The bike is running really smooth and there is oodles of power all through the band. I need better braking lol!!

With good clearance the run in shouldnt take more time, should be tasting the trippin super power very soon, as per Ron this is a enjoyable street set up .... life cant get any sweeter!!

Ron, you da man!! thanks a ton for all the patience and time to design my bike!

LIVING MY DREAM!!

Well Im glad the bike came out so sweet. It was a learning experience for us with the Wisecos.
Id like to take credit for the fantastic outcome. But the truth is the engine isnt very diffirent from any of my street builds port duration wise.
The sweetness comes from the good parts. And a lot has to do with the new Digital CDI.

Dam if killers impresed it must be hot.
Ps: You will notice I never pass any comments good or bad about how the bike has turned out. I leave the job of reviewing the rebuilds to the customers and others. In most cases I dont even ride the bike other than to setup the jeting and timing. And its normally the customer who gets to sample the power band before I do.
