Just a small note to say thanks to each one of you.
I know Im a grumpy old fart at times.
But the truth is I love doing up these bikes.
I just realised why I do them. As its obviouslly not for the money nor am I going to get rich doing up engines.
The real reason is because with each engine done something new is learnt. All the theory and knowledge in the world is of no use unless you match it with real world experience. And working on these engines offers me an oportunity to learn something new every single day.
I would be nowhere without the oportunity each one of you have give me.

Well what should i say. Just searching for the appropriate words damn why aren't i getting any.

Well without you we would still be in the darkness of conning and cheating. I think it was a learning process for all of us. If not for this place i would have died a old dumb fool.

Does that mean i would die young?

well now that you mentioned it...we will keep that in mind...

its been fun getting to know you and the club folks...having the RD around has been more worth while and fun with you guys. wish I could make it to some of the meets.
