Beware of crappy plug caps from showroom.

My rd had this issue that at times it simply dies out with wasted off option…with wasted on option no issues at all... The culprit was found to be one plug cap which had only 4.78 ohms. when I had bought the caps honda showroom had only one activa cap which showed 5k plus ohms so the other culprit cap i put on the bike was a karizma red cap(from showroom) which had 5k plus resistance when bought…the red cap was changed with a new activa cap and she never missed a beat with wasted off !!

so I suggest all the rdd cdi users to check resistance of the caps on a regular basis because most of the caps now are of poor quality or either buy ngks from US..

Just FYI. I ordered a box of NGK plugs from the UK through ebay. 30 pounds plus 500 bucks duty. Still not bad. And original.
