Thoughts on selling E-Juice.

Ive had lots of thoughts on how to do this.

Id like your inputs.
Here are some of the KEY issues for me.

a. Baba Vapes Focus on healthy juice. Our Tag Line Juice so good you wont even miss your Nicotine.
b. BV Focus on quality / health / Taste & Smoke quality. We are not going to focus with getting into price wars with others.
c. We are so sure that there is nobody out there who can match our quality that we will provide stuff for free.

Here is the deal. I dont want to run around shipping out and collecting money for 10ML.
Our re-sellers and dealers can do that.

Min order Qty will be 50 ML. At Rs 1000/- Nic strength will be in ZERO, LOW Med and High. Your free to tell us what you want.
We will be keeping in line with Indian Law which says nothing more than 20 Mg will be sold

We will have a club system with registration. Every purchase you make will entitle you to one free sample. Of your choice. Based on what is ready to sell.

If you want to know the quality of a person's ejuice. Ask them to supply you pure VG. If they have the balls to do so. Then even the most dumb smokers will be able to understand what quality is.

Our focus will be on 100% VG Juices. There will be some PG because some flavors are based on PG. But our NIC and base will be 100% VG. You want throat hit. You want a file in your throat then this is not the place to buy your juice.
I refuse to believe that you can smoke something that burns your throat and it can be good for you.

For now you can send me an e-mail with your ship to address. Tell us what kind of flavors you like. i.e. Fruit or Tobacco.
We will send you some free samples. Maybe even a sample of our pure VG. All this will be in Glass Bottles.

Once you find a flavor you like. You can order your 50 ML bottle.
How does this sound ?.

Ill have a word with the Mrs. When she gets back. If she agrees to handle the logistics off shipping out 10 ML bottles for Rs 250/- we will do it.

Guys who have already got free samples from me. And you know you love it. You can start to order your fav flavors.
Nic will be arriving in 7 days.

As things stand. I have put a lot of time money and effort into perfecting everything for my own use. And the use of a select close group of friends. We would rather not mess up this arrangement than bother about doing business and making money. i.e. Id rather have long term access to a quality healthy juice for my self. Than bother about making money and selling 10 ML bottles to total strangers.
At the same time I want as many people as possible to understand the dangers of smoking the crap being sold in the market in India. And the high PG stuff coming in from China.

Open to your thoughts and ideas.
Another idea is we find people to market out Juices and we just focus on making them. Not selling it.

Hats off to your dedication to make people life better... nobody in today world do this for strangers... I am sure your ejuice will rock.. I would love to try some of your juices. But to get it for free even for sample make me think, as you are not doing this for profit so sample will be out of your pocket.

I believe that all your Health eJuices will rock. How will you manage huge demands & timely distribution even in large quantities? If you need anything from Mumbai or Pune, let me know. I will do bit of my part.

50ml min qty is fine.. but i think itd be better if you allow people to order different flavors combining to a total of 50ml.
As for resellers/distributors, you can make min qty to be 100ml per flavor and no one would care.
A seasoned vapor will have no problem ordering 30/50ml.. Beginners will not like it.. at this point, even though i 100% support your decision of not competing in price wars i think its very important to play the numbers game.. Build as big a customer base as can be built. And 50ml wont help you in that case.
So once again, imo, 50ml isnt the problem.. only 1 flavor is
I vape 90ml a month. and i vape heavily. A beginner would vape half of that.. Which means he will have to vape just 1 flavor for more than a month
Id suggest a min price per order of 1k instead.. and min qty per bottle to be 30ml..
I personally wont mind paying 1k and getting a single 50ml flavor i like.. Heck, i was willing to put up a larger amount to get stuff imported from u.s and so are many others
But the numbers game is VERY important at this point and if i were you, id play it..Its not just about babavapes.. its about the indian vaping scene. My vision is of growing a huge underground customer base of vaping as soon as possible. Underground meaning a base which isnt focussed by the media.
As for samples.. 3ml is all you need.. 10ml is too much especially if its free. Even the big tanks hold ~4ml of liquid.. If a tank full of kickass liquid cant convince a customer, i dont know what can.. All it took for me was a few puffs.. same for simz.

All valid points.
First guy. Yes free samples will be out of pocket. But its done on trust basis. A trust that you will become a customer.
And we only give one free sample per person.
I truly believe that all it takes is one puff to know what quality juice is. All the guys and Im talking over a dozen. Have had one puff of my juice and right away start begging for more.
If somebody where to take a free sample and still go back to smoking what ever other crap they want that is their call. Really dont care. Its a bit like the days when guys would buy my CDI kit. Install it. Then somebody would tell them its crap and they would ask for a refund. I would give it to them. Because I knew that for the rest of their lifes they would be riding arround on a scooty pep or Auto Escorts kit lol.

Im open to offering various flavors as long as Qty ordered is 50 ML. Maybe even 5 x 10 ML.
The sample bottles are more like 2ML.
Man 2 ML when we started out would fill up our little kanger tech tanks and last us a week. On the carto's it would last a month.
2 ML is more than enough.
The real challenge is how do you get guys to taste the quality of the juice. All the guys I have given my juice to never get the true taste. Its so disappointing. When I test all I get is a mixed taste from 10 previous flavors that has gone thru the tank.
Somewhere in there will be my taste. This is why I think drippers and rebuildables are so critical.
It sounds simple. Wash tank in hot water and its clean. Never happens. Its really hard to get the old flavors out.

The better the flavor the harder it is to get out..
Well most vapers will eventually end up with atleast one dripper.. There is no point in not getting one. They are cheap to buy, cheap and easy to run. All one needs is patience to build coils.
