Probably because they're sourcing from the manufacturers directly and are either 100% legit or they're going off the MRP. I bit the bullet and bought the following:

Some Hangsen e-liquids in 18 and 24 mg/ml.
A USB/AC charger
EGO-C Twist 1300mAh battery with VV.
An Innokin iClear30 clearomizer, 2.7Ohm, dual coils.
Spare set of 5 coil heads and wicks for the iClear30.
Zipper pouch for carrying the stuff.

Total cost about US$40, give or take a couple of dollars. All from fasttech. You posted after I placed my order, so I didn't go with the KangerTech tanks. Maybe next time. Ordered the liquid in its own parcel and the rest of the stuff separately. So either the tank, etc arrives and I end up searching for liquid locally or I'll end up with some sticky e-juice with nothing to smoke it. I don't have a lot of trust over the postal service; one parcel I ordered about 2 months back hasn't arrived yet; some keycaps for a keyboard.

I'll check out the Joyetech liquids by buying from one of you guys. Big price difference from what can be observed. If this goes well, I don't mind spending higher on a good quality Clearomizer that lasts long with the right maintenance.

If you're thinking of getting into manufacturing these, get rid of all the variety apart from the flavors. It took me half a day to figure out what's what. A random Joe Blow will take one hit of a crap Chinese e-cig and go back to cigarettes. For this to catch on, it needs to be made very simple. Making a huge parts list, comparing deals, voltages, resistances and other stuff might be fun for an enthusiast, but definitely not for the regular public.

One model with a tank and large-enough battery in a small package. Only replaceable part should be coils/wicks because they are a "wear" item. Copycats won't be far away though.

I think fast tech shipping was pretty good. The problem is they take upto 10 days to actually ship your order.
Once it ships and you have your tracking number things move fast.
The next road block is when it lands up at customs. But now you can track that too.

You also have no control how they ship stuff. First order they shipped my juice. After that they waited and bunched together over 7 different orders and shipped it as one.
Duty is supposed to be 7% on e-cig stuff. The juice quality I found to be crappy. At least the two flavors I got. But Im using them as a base and cooking up my own stuff.

My Collection of Original Kanger Tech Tanks.

I dont know what it is. Maybe I read or heard somewhere that the Mini Versions leaked less. Worked better. But from the start I am a Mini Fan.
My first was the
Kanger 2 Mini.
Then I got the Kanger T3D my first dual coil. With the wobley top.
Then my latest addition to my collection is the Kanger Tech 3 Mini dual coil. I got this from fasttech.
First shot it showed a short. Then it worked then it stooped.
I striped it and rebuilt the coils. now its working fine. Yes the hit is better than the 2 by a little bit. But it also eats thru you bat like crazy.
Forget about using a dual coil with anything less than a 1300 Mah.
In fact with the small bat. I would not hit any coil under 2 Ohms.

If you want to get the sweet spot on flavors. Your wasting your time with anything less than an original Ego 1100 or a clone 1300
Its not what voltage you can set. Its the ability of the bat to pump the juice. And your just kididng your self if you think you can get a good hit with anything under 1300.
The small bat are ok as an entry level and if your on a budget.
But if your not on a 1300 you shouldn't even be reviewing flavors.
The first time you take a hit on the larger bats you will get it.

I got some new coils for my first tank the T2 wow what a hit. I really think the T2 is the cheapest best tank for a guy starting out. Too bad the coils dont last.
But its still worth it replacing coils every week or two. Also since its not Pyrex it will finally land up leaking on you. Its a cheap tank 5 for 7$ kinda deal. So still a good starter tank.

Another friend went to the e-cig guy in HSR layout and blew 14K on a setup.
He was told to pick up Halo e-juice.
Says its a total waste of money and tastes like crap.

After my first diy coil, i understand what your saying. 1.8ohms and the batt life has dropped significantly. Plus the coil takes more time to light up. 3+ seconds by the time its all red on an already dry burnt coil.

got my kanger t3s wicked up by the old man.No more leaks, better battery life(?) and better vapor.I think this should be done by default on all bottom coil kanger tanks.the standard wick thins out in about 2 weeks of regular use.

First impressions
X6 1300mah 3 step vv batt and Kangertech t3s
https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/100 ... le-battery
https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/100 ... te-battery
So i bought this batt for a friend cause it looks solid, has large capacity and is semi vv. A week after i bought its, new models with more fancy(girlish) colors were introduced. I bought the black one. Chrome, camouflage , etc are now available for a measly 550rs. Black is still 850rs.
This batt has only 510 threading and no EGO/CONE threading. Hence, also ordered a 510 to ego adapter along with this
Due to the deep well , some chargers dont fit. Eventhough im using an adapter, it still looks gooood. The pics on fasttech make it look much larger than it actually is. The plus point of the 20mm batt dia is that protank or such big tanks fit fine and dont need a beauty ring. Or an adapter. Protank 2 is 18.5mm dia fyi. you can use this all day with a adapter and mini tanks with no issues. If you are going to but a full size tank though, this is the one to buy. even with adapter, the fit is quite solid No wobble like i have on my 650mah joyetech batt. And this tank prolly wont have the center pin issues, which joyetech or ego batts have. The light on the button is also very evenly spread unlike joyetec ego-c upgrade, where the light shines through only from one side and hence unevenly

It fits really good in the hand and feels solid too. Im happy with the whole setup. at ~ 1000rs including adapter and t3s tank, makes this a good vfm device. And should keep most noobs happy for atleast 2-3 months before they move to mods/apv's.
Changing voltage is by clicking the button 5 times. it cycles through the modes. You have to cycle through modes each time you switch it off. And that also means that from low volt mode, switching off means 15 clicks.
As for voltages- at full charge, volts are as follow-
Low-red- 3.55v
Medium-violet-3.85v
High- blue- 4.1v
as the batt charge level drops, the voltages drop too. For instance, if voltage is below 4.1, it keeps going at 3.85v. But light shows blue color. Itll still hold true to lower voltage settings when mode is changed till again batt level drops below their corresponding values. When its uncapable to supply enough voltage in specific mode, It does through up a low batt indication. i.e 30 blinks. But since its 1300mah, it works even in high volt mode for a long(er) time.

Those who are concerned about adapter, Dont worry. You just screw it on once and forget it. You dont ever need to remove it. The charger i ordered works fine even without adapter.
Id pick this over a joyetech ego-c or any other ego-c clone any day

Will post pics soon.

The charger-

the adapter-

The good-
Cheap,
Large capacity
Looks and feels solid
3-step vv
Metal body

The bad
Only 510 threading. read above for more info. Having a adapter is necessary
Only 3-step vv
May not work with all chargers out of the box. However, it works well with the ones i bought.
15 clicks if in low volt mode to switch off

Spent a week with a Genny mod. Dual Coil. Wire Mesh wicks. Sub ohm. And all that jazz. What a disappointment.
Maybe Im just incompetent at setting this up. God knows I tried.

But the tank that really blew my mind. Was the iClear 30s.
Its the tank that came free with the itaste VTR.

This thing is a *beep*.
Pros / Stuff I love:
1. Insane number of wicks. There is no tank out there with as many wicks as this tank.
2. Dual Coil.
3. Large tank yet fits inside the itase VTR. 3ML+
4. Low on bat consumption with a 2.2 Dual coil setup.
5. Ball and Swivel tip.

Cons:
The price of a replacement coil.
How hard it is to even rebuild your self.

So far have been using it a lot. Its got my HD (honey dew) is my all day vape. And by now 10 days a kanger coil would be dead. Or acting up. But this is still pulling strong. Could be the super clean ejuice.
If only this thing had adjustable air flow. It would be the best tank in the world lol. I find the draw to be a bit on the tight side. Im sure that could be fixed though.

So far this is now my number 1 tank. Holding my number 1 juice.
After this I like the Pro Tank 2 mini. And after that the Kanger mini 3 dual coil. Then the T3D the T2 and the Genny Mod.
The T2 is ruined by a strong flavor. So strong it was that I cant clean it out. Even with a new coil. The T3D threads are gone and Ive not been able to get a decent coil setup going.

I finally got the Genny trip.

Im the first guy to apologise when Ive said something wrong.
And I got the genny trip all wrong cause I was using the SS wick.

Today Prd sat and built it with a 3.5mm Braided Hollow Wick. No SS mesh.
Just two wicks driped into the tank. And then the coil wrapped around the wick.

Its hard to put into words. Just how good this tastes. And just how much smoke it makes.
ALso drilled one more air hole.

This one is going to be a hard one to beat. Cant wait to try the Kfun and the russian and the Ithika.

So today I got on the Dripper Trip.

Arun dropped over to pick up some liquids.
He had his mechanical mod and an IGO W dripper.

He left behind the bat for me and the dripper.

I finally get the dripper trip. A lot like the Genny trip.

As with the Genny. It all depends on getting the perfect coil and wick setup. Arun did a *beep* wick for me and a single coil wrap.
We used a long length off 3mm braided silica wick. And what I liked the most about his build was that at 3 volts. It produced crazy smoke. Second thing I liked about it. Was that I was sitting and smoking it for 2 hours. Without dripping anything. The wick is able to hold so much juice. I mean forget dripping. I pour the juice over the wick.

This is perfect to taste juices. And do Juice development with i.e. lets add 2% of this to 8% of that. Its the perfect tank for cooking up combo's.

The key to building your own wicks and coils is to get it to produce tons of smoke with the least amount of bat voltage.
The coils I was building needed 5 Volts or 15 Watts to work well. This was draining out my Bats really really fast.

Now with this coil my bat life is much improved.
The wasy way I figured to tune in the coil is. Take X Length of coil let it be extra. Short it between the two terminals.
Now fire the coil. The coil should glow red hot really fast and at the same time it should not pop.

First time this wont happen. Now start shortening the coil Till it happens. When it does mark and cut coil and wind coil. You have a good coil there which is efficient at low voltage. Target 3.5 Volts works good on mech mods and AV / AW mods.

My RY4 was not tasting good. Its a complex flavor to get right. Then I smoked it in the Dripper and all I can say is wow.

Was talking to fayaz the other day.
He bought a ecig starter kit from josh products. Says his batt lasts ~2hrs. nothing more. Supposedly, its 650mah. My joyetech 650mah from esutta lasts 6hrs of continuous vaping at 1.7ohms.. on 2.0 ohms, around 10 hrs.

We need to come up with our own starter kit. Which will do much much more than any of these.
Will talk to you about my idea on this.

It will be half the price and last twice as long. And it will look way better. Have some ideas.
We can launch it together.

How was the bat you got form FT lasting ?
Ps: A lot depends on the tank he is using.

@chinoy, im using CE4 tank or carto that came with the blister pack. noticed the CE4 has cracked in last 2 days and the e juice is leaking. It did not fall or hit the ground, i think its just very low quality.

the battery lasts me only max 2 hours and it can take 8 hours to charge completely. i think its just useless to try using it even. so im planning to go for something better soon.

@mohsi, as discussed lets catch up on Sat. i will IM you.

I dont think you should buy the MVP because you cant change out the bat.
So unless your willing to buy 2 MVPs avoid.

The tanks you guys are buying are all the chepa 1-2$ tanks they sell 5 for 20$
Buy a real tank. We have some *beep* deals on Kanger Tech Pro Tanks. This is the real deal. Grab one while there are stocks.
I have the protank 2 and 3 for sale. 500 bucks less than anybody else in India.

For the bat. Buy a Mech Mod which runs on 18650 bats. And buy the Segeli Kick

Today I got the Kraken and the Kayfun lite from FT.
The Kraken is a Genny Tank. Its a POS. It came from FT with a full on short. Fixing it is not easy. The center pin is jamed. You force it you brake it.

The Kayfun Lite is ok. Im smoking it. But this was the first build so tons of room for improvment.

Josh guy sounds like the e-cig India guy. Sell and forget god help you if you have a problem lol.

Today I got to play with the Kraken and the Kfun Lite.

The Kraken is a genesis mod. Which is tank with juice below. 2 Wicks driped into the juice with coils on top.
The Kayfun Lite / Russian was the cheapest one on FT. Not the fancy one with air control.

The Kraken was total crap with a direct short out of the box.
The Kayfun / Russian was super.

I think every vaper should have at least one Kfun in his collection.
Its a bottom coil setup Im enjoying the Russian.

Joshproducts Blister pack starter kit Review

Post by mohsihummer »

The kit supposedly is 650mah.
The Charger:
Comes with a charger that ft sells for ~50-70rs. Ive compared them side to side.. its the same charger. The sticker , rating etc are the same.. The surface is smooth vs rough,. That seems to be the only diff. Maybe its from another batch.

The batt:
priced at rs900 and comes with 10ml of eliquid.
The batt has EGO-T written in bold. It has a blue led light. Has 5 click on-off.
The batt looks like its regulated. The vape didnt change as the batt dropped.
Its working range is as usual. Around 3.3-4.2v.
For some reason, The batt doesnt charge to 4.2v. The charger output is 4.2. But batt only charges to 4.11v. I plugged it a second time after it was fully charged and it charged to 4.14v
I have no doubt that its not a 650mah batt. It only lasts around 2 hrs. and takes almost as much time to charge. ~1.5hrs.

The Tank:
Looks like a ce4 clone. Resistance was 3.0 ohms. Holds 1.6ml of liquid. The tank was cracked when i recieved from fayaz. The draw is very very tight.. So tight that if i did vape it long enough, id surely have sore muscles from all the pulling. At the very least, id change the tank to a better clone.

To sum it up
The Good:
Its the cheapest one available online
The bad:
Tank is pretty much useless, unless you really want to exercise your cheek/throat muscles
The batt isnt 650mah or is ridiculously inefficient, and doesnt charge all the way up to 4.2 like it should on the first try.

Only reason to buy this is if you want to start vaping cheapest and fastest as possible. Else, avoid.
