E Juice is nothing but Glycerin mixed with flavors.
It only gets a little bit complicated when you want to add nicotine to mix.


There are two bases in E Juice PG and VG. i.e. Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycol.
I have been using Glycerin IP from the medical shop for my base. Which is VG.
For Flavors go to any super market and ask for the food essence and flavoring.

In India I have been able to locate the following Brands.
1. Bush
2. Classic
3. CEC
The price is Rs 20/- to Rs 35/- per 20 ML.

All of them are PG based i.e. base is Propylene Glycol.
PG is thinner than VG. And helps thin out the thick VG.

The CEC was the worst. No taste. The Bush brand gave the best taste. And so did Classic.

The Flavors I can recommend are.
1. Bush Pineapple
2. Classic Pistaschio

If all you want to enjoy are flavors with zero smoke then all you need is Glycerin and Food Flavors.
If you want Nicotine then you must add it. If you want THC then you must add it.

Man, this is fun to read and watch. Good luck, I might switch to these one day; I've already dropped my consumption from about 15 to 5 per day. The difficult thing is breaking the habit when you're having alcohol. Happy for you and happy to see you've found this to compensate. Cheers.

The nicotine content varied between 2.8% to 6.5% for Beedi tobacco waste and 1.2% t0 2.7% for other tobacco wastes.

Interesting fact. Bidi tabaco has the highest levels of Nicotine.
Its becoming obvious that I need to find a source for pure Nicotine.
Anybody with contacts in Pharma or Tabaco see what you can dig up.
Need to get pure Nicotine or figure out how to make it my self.
Yes I know we need a lot of paper work to do this officially. Will figure that out too.

Dont use that CEC flavor. ITs the worst kind I found. I also picked up one but it was total crap. My glycerin is by a company called mediaplus. Rs 30/- for 100 Ml. Pretty good.
Bush is anyday better.

I have found 10 guys who making and exporting Tabbaco flavors and pan flavor I have asked them to sell me some samples.

I have spoken to all the Flavour makers I could find in India.
I am purchasing samples from them all. The main guys one is in Gugrat and the other is in Bangalore.
Both make Tabbaco flavors.
Will be getting a large consignment of flavors. Plan is to test them all for strength and flavor.
If I really cant find anything worth while in India. Then my plan is to import from the USA.

Sad thing is that over 50% of the nicotine sold in the USA originates from India.
So far CEC is the worst. Bush is the best in India. Classic is also not bad.

I want to come up with a line of Pan Flavored E-juice. With a mixture of Tabbaco flavors and maybe mint.
I am also working on e-juice that tastes like mouth fresheners sold by pan shop.
For my base I will use the super mild flavors Im stuck with from china that I dont want to smoke. Or I could use my Nicotine based.
Id like to come up with some really cool one of a kind recipes. I know that if I love the flavor others will too.
Im bored with whats in the market. And cant afford the exotic 25 Euro stuff.

I spent a bomb and imported enough nicotine for 6 months. Will need to catch guys coming in from the US for more.
Other option is to just order very mild flavors from fasttech and use that as the base.
I am sure we will find a vendor if we search hard enough.

Start a thread listing all companies that make it in India. Then its an issue of finding somebody with the right contacts.
Or even somebody in the same city. This is India everything is possible.
Even if we have to get a licence as an e-juice manufacturer we will do that look into it.

A good combo Im hitting right now is. 20% Chocolate 10% Coffee 2% Vanilla.
I like mixing flavors its like an optical illusion. One hit it tastes like Coffee. Next hit it tastes like Chocolate.
The rest is VG. From the chemist.

What’s the difference between having a PG vs VG base solution for your e juice flavor?

The things that are affected by PG vs VG in e juice mixes are throat hit, vapor and consistency. PG and VG usually do not affect flavor.

However, flavors can cause changes in throat hit causing very little in a flavor such as apricot to a large of throat hit with a flavor like pure menthol.

PG vs VG Ratios

The more PG you add to a mix the thinner the liquid. More PG also produces more throat hit and less vapor.

The more VG in the base mix the thicker the liquid. More VG also results in less throat hit but more vapor.

At 100% PG there is no VG in the mix. This creates very little or no vapor, but does provide a lot of throat hit.

At 100 % VG there is no PG in the solution. This creates little to no throat hit, and a lot of vapor (the exact opposite of a purely PG solution).

At 80% PG / 20% VG you get a small vapor cloud but a lot of throat hit.

At 70% PG / 30% VG you get a small to medium vapor cloud, and above-average throat hit.

At 60% PG / 40% VG you get a moderate amount of both vapor cloud and throat hit.

At 50% PG / 50% VG you get a moderate amount of both vapor cloud and throat hit.

At 40% PG / 60% VG you get a moderate amount of both vapor cloud and throat hit.

At 30% PG / 70% VG you get a medium vapor cloud, and smaller throat hit.

At 20% PG / 80% VG you get a large vapor cloud, and little throat hit.

I finally managed to get the mix i wanted.16 mg hangseng grape, glycerine ratio of 1.5:1.No more shitty condensation in the mouthpiece, decent hit and good vapour.I've discovered that my nicotine cravings have come down.The max i can take in uncut is 11 mg nicotine.Hope to bring this down to 6mg soon and then quit nicotine altogether.
Side effects:just don't feel like eating as much as i did before and can actually jump up 4 floors of stairs in the apartment without wheezing.

Trying my first Pan Masala Flavor.
Zero Nic. But what a buzz. I never knew you could get a buzz from Pan.
Its minty. It cleared up my nose in one pull.

Got a consignment of flavors from Gujarat. ISO9001 Company.
Dont think there is a flavor out there like this Pan Masala.
Pan sure is a trip. They say its made with Organic Pan Leafs.
Strong buzz is all I can say right now. I dont think you even need to add nicotine. Its such a strong buzz.

I have been repeatedly told by many US vapers that I'm lucky to be in India because most of the nic is exported from here and it should be very cheap in comparison to the US market.

We will definitely have to find out a source for kosher Nic/PG/VG here in India with all the restrictions coming from the customs. Mumbai customs is no longer allowing import of Nic liquids from outside. Soon other states customs may impose a restriction too.

Some of us have already stocked up an year's supply but what will happen when the stash runs out? That bothers me. Let's find out a good source for Nic in India.

Also, wanted to ask you what does it cost to get a license for importing Nic just in case we do not find a good source? Is there too much money involved in getting a license? Perhaps we can all contribute and get at least one license so that we can import in case of emergency.

I have found vendors who export nic to the USA. They have agreed to sell me as much as I want. In fact more than one vendor. There are many vendors.
Only problem is the Min order qty is steep. See my post finally found Indian vendor for nic. 14.5K per Kg. Min order 5 kg.

Yes I have stocked up on my nic. Nic from fasttech is still coming thru most parts of India. I would say stock up by placing order every 2-3 weeks. Get a piss poor flavor so we can add our own flavors.
