Car has completed 15000kms till date. Another Kerala - Bangalore - Chennai and a few local trips. I think this completes the question of reliability, because its been a couple of years and so many kms without any issues.

Car is not a daily drive anymore and its purely a fun car. He has picked up a dieself for long distances.

Ron, he is ready to turbo the car, when you have time. I can go to Kerala and pick up the car and drop it off at Tiger sports. Especially since the diesel is a turbo, NA doesnt cut it anymore. We can discuss about a supe street turbo setup that no lag and a kick ass wide powerband.

Cheers for the setup. Other than that I dont think I will be updating this thread anymore.

Anish should get his car to the Track. Im am 100% sure its good enough to place in the top 10.
It cant compete against the Honda. But with a good driver it will do well in the races.
It has the perfect power band for our tight tracks.

Strange timing. I am going to Kerala to bring back the car this weekend. I would be driving it back. Its going in for a paint job and brand new EBC brake pads, servicing and whatever is required.

If you want to do another dyno run, maybe we can.

Ron need your help with two things:

1. We need to check the wideband, just to ensure if everything is alright. We can also give a new map if you have something in mind. Other than that, we love the tune on this car. No changes required.

2. the car has become too LOUD over the time. I am not sure if we have a fix to this. The muffler is a integrated unit. Can we fix this?

Like I posted on FB.
This engine has come out with a good note.
Achieving a good note and good power on the Dyno is not easy.

It would be a shame to ruin a perfect musical instrument.
Im game to do a turbo. But not on top of a NA package I spent a year building.

Thanks guys, the Light force were from US. Yesterday went on a night run to test them out. You can hold 160-170 steady with those babies on. Never have done such speeds at night. We are hooked.

Thanks Ron, if you are not willing to do it, then it stays like this. No more plans for the car, it stays like this. Wont be clocking too many miles on this for now.

The other day I was thinking, the one word that summarizes the car is 'INTENSE!'. Cant put anything else for the way it moves, rides and handles.

When you see your creations running flawlessly year after year. It gives you a certain amount of pride in your work. And in the love and affection the owners have pampered her with give you joy.

Small steps. But it sure beats to Im returning to stock or selling the car story most guys land up singing after they mod.
