Ron this happened today , i took the bike out for a spin , and in a straight strech when i was accelerating heavily and shifting from 5th to 6th the gear just fell into a false neutral position, and the engine screamed, i think it went way past 11000 rpm , i could even hear the bearings whine. what could possibily happen? is there some thing that i should check when this happen?

Best not to do that.
But such stuff happens now and then nothing to worry to much about as long as its runing fine.

LOL you got the habbit man.
Need that buzz.
Youve allready got a full race port thats like 45-50 BHP easy. Plus all the other mods we have done. Like Banshee redds, boost bottle, special heads. Performance CDI.

If your ready for the next level Get the chambers and start racing the bike man.

We got our man Storm down in Combi and he says there is a good racing track there. We can tie up the logestics with him and all make a trip down to check out the setup and the competition. ANd enter a few of the team bikes.

Slap on a pair of chambers. I need a little time to finish testing which design is better for racing the SRW one or my design. And Ill build them for you. Just been over loaded with work. There are like 6 bikes that I need to finish this week. Think up what kind of look you want. Then give me a call. Ill start development in Neels software and get the design ready.

lol.... It happens... as you get used to higher speeds, it doesn't seem as fast as we're actually going... its all relative..

I guess a disc is badly needed.... for most of these "nextgen" RDs ;)

Ok i was able to fix the problem with the out of line front wheel all i did was the park the bike turn the handle to lock to the left side and gave the wheel 2 solid kicks and lo every thing is all right.i think it was the sttering stem bearings which some how got out of alignment,. , took her for a few blasts and like some body suggested took my hands off the handle bar , the bike still steers as if on rails.

new update, the bike completed 1000 kilometers, so far no issues, not heating up bad, smoother since the run in time is over , i am taking it to 100km/h as often as i can , usually those kind of speeds last only for a few seconds, on the new by pass road between chakai and the toll booth that streach is relatively deserted, and the engine is just ticking over at 5000 rpm in 6th gear at that speeds.
Today I teird to exceed 100 and was able to touch 120 in 6th gear as indicated by speedo, amy be the actual speed be lower taking into account speedo meter optimism. Ok this is what happened while at that speeds, the handle bar was vibrating so bad that i feel like i will lose my grip, in fact i was holding on to the grips with all the strength i can. i got really afraid i backed off the throttle ,any suggeation from the members of what are the reason for that vibration that i experienced , and how can i eliminate it?

hmm .... firstly wear gloves get soft grips .... then maybe u should move to something less wider ..... check the whole front end .... wheel bearings .... check for head movement ...... tighten everything ..... get ur wheel balanceing done ..... ive heard some other bikes with similar problems ..... at speeds above 110 ....

I found a solution to the brakes .... a 4 piston opposed Tokico .... with a 295 mm disc .... makes pulsar brakes feel like .... well pulsar brakes .... bike stops on a coin ....

I got it from a crashed Kawasaki or honda 750 ....
run run ... and cling onto life in an unsightly way .....

Zloyd I did'nt understand this one -"move to some thing less wider"
1)check the head movement- that is what i did as soon as i reach home, in fact no head movement, 2)How ccould i get wheel balancing done? i did try to get it done some where , and they told me that it is impossible to do that cos the bearings are still inside the wheel hub. i will get soft gripsbut the problem with that is i got small-medium size palms gloves a size- 7 so the diameter of the grip will go up my fingers won't be able to go around the grips properly, the stock grips are a perfect fit for my palms.
Motor, what is it about over inflated rear tire and handle bar vibs? please do explain.
will weights on handle bar ends solve the problem?
Ron, i am waiting for your suggestions too
