Finally the Digital Trip !

Post by arvindraju »

been a long overdue for this feedback never too late :P ,this feedback comes from a guy who junked a 4 Stroke Joke to get my first love RX135 :1syellow1: as my Daily ride

over past few months working on getting my bike to a nice shape, start ing from a good bottom end rebuild, neat rebore job & good runinin.now realize how true it is when Ron Says "Get your bike running right in stock & then move over performance like CDI & lighting kit". finally moved over to the CDI few days back, have not stopped grinning till then.

on the Stock CDI had the following Issues:
* used smoke a lot if i premix more oil, there by some times fouling plugs & Clogging my silencer muffler with carbon \:D/
* head used to heat up badly specially in stop & go traffic
* bike used to almost cry to reach redline

With the Rons CDI:
* cleaner Fuel Burning
* engine does not over heat,i am able to touch the head even after a good redlining ride =D>
* crisp throttle response & exhuast note, bike idling has changed for good
* cleaner power delivery with ease to redline
* better lower end grunt, able to pull from lower RPM's without a downshift
* bike starts with half or one kick

one of the best gifts i have given to my bike so far,Special thanks to Ron for giving a good Product & ironing out the problems of the Stock RXG CDI

big thanks & applause to prajeep on the forum,he was the one who set up the CDI & timed the bike for me to the sweet spot. thanks bro =D>

Fallen in love all over again to my first love :1syellow1:

Someone on the other forum wanted us to short the static wire and see the difference in performance. I think he meant the same.

Congrats, you made the smartest decision and now your enjoyment is going to go through the roof. Take it from me, your next step is to let her breathe freely with a Chinoy Filter filter and some nice big jets. I have seen what a difference these add-ons make with the RDD CDI on my RD. Rock 'n Roll my friend!

Only a retarded static brain would think that dynamic timing sucks.

Your welcome.
That reading should be zero. I think the guy did not purge the hose and canister before testing your bike.
Still that a huge improvement % wise.

Thanks for supporting RDD and our products.
Every singe time somebody new posts like this the static is best and RDD CDI is crap crowd have to just suck it up some more.

more than fuel efficiency its the fuel burning that been the highlight, yes maybe a 1Km or 2Km mileage improvement

with biking revving so freely find it hard to keep the throttle twisting in check [-(

Those figures are unbelievable. When my Rd was tested for PUC after RDD Ignition install, The guy took the reading twice, thought for a moment and wrote a certificate with regular figures. He thought the test equipment had gone faulty..

Bike has over 25000 kms after the CDI installation last year.

Following things have been change:
1. Brand new wiring harness with the grounding points double checked
2. one piston ring change

bike is a everyday ride & brings a smile after every ride.engine is still bullet proof with a clean pull to redline.

once again thank you Ron,for igniting lives of strokers like me with a big long ignition spark
