RDD Digital Injector Cleaning Service.

Right now we only have the setup to do Honda and Maruti Injectors.
This is a first in India. I do not believe any other vendor is offering you digital cleaning.
The process has been developed by RDD. And offers you world class cleaning and calibration of your EFI Injectors.

Its a Pity I did not take the before pictures. But if you want to have some idea just look at the injectors on your own car.
These are Injectors that where running poorly on my Honda City 2000 Vtec.

Post cleaning they are holding +-1% flow. Atomization is stable at all RPM points tested 100-14,000 RPM
Price to clean a set of 4 Injectors is Rs 2000/- This does not include price for New O-Rings / Seals if required.
Time taken 24 hours.
Its called digital cleaning because while the injectors are undergoing the cleaning process. A Digital CPU switches them on an off at variable RPMs and Pulse widths.
This is the only way to achieve proper and complete cleaning.
Please note some injectors are so badly damaged by dirt and build it up that it may be impossible to clean them. In this case you will need to replace them. I haven't run into any such injectors yet. But Im sure they exist. And will find their way to RDD. All I can say is that if we cant clean them and get them working again nobody can.
