RDD is happy to say that we finally have our Ultra Sonic Part Cleaning machine.
This is for EFI Injectors.
It can also be used for other parts such as Carbs / TB / Fuell Rails / FPR etc.
Injectors will be flow tested for flow and pattern if they require cleaning we will clean them and then re-flow test them.
If there is nothing wrong with the injectors we will not charge you anything.
Price is Rs 400/- per injector
We can provide tech data on flow rate, bat offset values and other parameters on request at extra cost.
The specs of the cleaner are 200 Watts.
The trick to cleaning the injectors. Is to hook them up to our custom Digital Controller. Which will then fire the injectors while they are in the tub.
The firing patter and RPM we run is confidential. But I can say this much. If we cant clean the injectors nobody in the world can. This is a world class system.
And probably the first of its kind in India. The digital electronics where developed in house thanks to Arun and Ajit who helped with the project.
This is state of the art when it comes to calibrating and cleaning injectors.
Not the joke most garages in Bangalore put your injectors thru.
We can also undertake to clean anything from Jewelry to old coins to antiques to curious. As long as the item is under 5"x12"
Ps: If your thinking of buying one of the cheap china made units dont its a waste of money. And only fit to clean really small things. Automotive applications need a different power rating. Dont ask how I had to figure this out LOL
