Todays taken my RD for a ride of 30km for first time after installing the Magical RDD CDI and it keeps pulling well in all gears have not gone above 80km/hr but its really amazing the bike runs very well and did't heat up even after 30 kms of continous ride i can touch the heads and keep my hands on heads for few seconds and when i returned home done the water test at it stays on the heads no steam at all earlier when i was running it on points head becomes soo hot even after 2 kms of ride that i can feel the heat coming from engine on my legs and when done water test it immediately turns into heat... Its the magic of the RDD CDI that i got in love with my RD once again and will keep it forever...

Have not set the timing properly as i am not able to find the dial guage i have tighten the bolts in the centre of the slots have to time it properly to see the true magic..

Love you Ron

Get the RDD tap, fix the fuel and you can keep it pinned forever.

Good job on the install.
See it wasn't that hard after all !

Enjoy your bike.
More than anything else you have increased your engine life by double at least.

Yes Mohith trying to find the OE RXZ petrol tap so i can send it to Ron for modifying facing fuel starvation at higher speeds.

Thannks Ron its not that much hard to install the Filters done the installation myself without any mechanics help with just a big cut on the thumb caused by slipped screwdriver while tightening the carb screws.. Loved the intake howl put the 250 MJ supplied with the filters and air screw setting at 1.5 turns plugs showing a bit lean..

With RDD CDI and RDD Filters my Badly ported LT barrels they are performing great amazed what it will be when i get my HT unsleeved barrels ported by RDD..
