Still its good if someone never rode true RD way back in 80's or RDD RD in present era 8)
Even if someone plugs these barrels with RDD CDi its not going to run without that special secret treatment what you gave it to my barrels.
Ron got the Por 15 link in few sites and product looks promising and even they said its going to seal the rust as well inside the tank, will order soon and let you know the outcome.

Ron you should warn your costomers that their bike will $#!+ scare them if they are pulled hard.
That day when we took for spin it was bike 150KG+myself 65KG+you 100+ KG=315 KG minimum and she was scary, today evening just went for small burst and viola that 100 kg less weight on bike gave me the kind of fun is simply awesome and scary.
Didnt get good time to ride her these days due to rain but i'll be keep on looking for good time to pull her out, and its real fun thanks once again man.The why she pulls looks like it can easily touch 100 kmph within 7-8 seconds.

I dont know if touching 100 in 7-8 seconds is fast.
But as long as its scarying the living day lights out of you. And feels faster than a stock HT I think we achived our goals and should be happy.

Took bike after long time to today's Nandi Hills ride, early morning my reflexes were not proper, poor breaks and old rubbers were acting up after few kilometers of ride all came under control and viola, cant explain how bike performed, Ron you need to name this barrels and porting as its first of its kind.
Mohith also saw the bike moving, need your input mate, next time take her for spin.
Final touch of front break conversion, new rubbers etc are pending this week, odometer is reading 425 kms now and bike became smoother less vibration on hands, smooth and leaner acceleration.

I went for a ridw my self uphill towards the airforce base at shillong, ron wud knw, bike was singing at decent rpm on 6th, coming back whacked her hard down a 2km slope, hands trembling after that. Disc brakes allows for much more fun hahaha.

Ajay, good riding with you man. Once you sort out the tyres and the brakes, you speed will automatically pick up.

The bike ran flawless, finish her up do a few more rides and you are all set to ride into the sun. Am sure she will be trouble free.

I saw the bike moving and its moving well. She will free up in a few more hundreds of kms. I think this bike is faster than mine. Would peg it somewhere in between Jatins RD and mine in terms of power. Dont let anybody else ride the bike, its a good fast RD and you are happy with it, end of story.

Have fun man, you have spend a lot of time and effort on the build.
