ah ok 2stroke RE wow!We dont have much british bike's 2 stroke here in Malaysia.Mine is a 4 stroke and the piston diameter is 69mm where as there is another model also 250cc 4 stroke and the piston is only 64mm by default.ajaybiz wrote:You got few of my fav Kawasaki Z1(903cc), Triumph Tiger 100(500cc), DKW Super 50(49cc), Yamaha RZ350LC YPVS, Honda MBX (125cc) BTW we had Royal Enfield Crusader in india as 200 cc 2 stroke which version you have?
Actually the Kawasaki I have 2 units one is fitted with Pop Yoshimura kits ie cam, piston and exhaust bored out to 1017cc,the other unit is standard cam but head is ported and the block bored out to 1176cc.Presently only the 1176cc is on the road whereas the other unit has crank seizure. The Triumph was a gift from our late father to al three of us so we make sure its always imacullate condition.
I did post my bike in one of the threads anyhow when Im free will post it again.
Thanks guys for the warm welcome from India.

Welcome to the forum, and kudos to you for maintaining such a lovely fleet of bikes!
Re: Hello Guys and Gals I'm from Malaysia
Welcome Rameswaran!! Whatta list!! I must admit I am extremely jealous...
Since you own the RZ, LC, RG and RGV in the family, you should be able to give us an interesting perspective on what the possibilities in each of these bikes are. You will find a lot of very interested listeners here.
Hang around and you will even find a bunch of proven go-faster goodies for your bikes!!

Thanks bro's.Dont be jealous of me as this bikes I and my brothers been collecting since 1984!Actually totally we have close to 40 over bikes in our garage, some has been rebuilt and some still waiting for the day to come.We have not stop collecting as now we have ventured out of Malaysia to import in bikes from overseas on some particular models due to increasing local market. All of us have our professions so this biking is just a hobby for the three of us.
As for rebuilding we do most of it ourselves except for painting and plating we send to our friend.Upgrading of bikes has been part of my personal venture since my early days.I have a Suzuki GP125 supergraded to accept 60mm pistons and fitted with a carb from Suzuki RM250 which is 38mm and a customized piping and it can achieve road speed of 210kph within a range of 2.3km!
Presently I'm rebuilding/upgrading a RD350LC chasis to RGV250 suspension system front rear with digital rpm and some upgrading to the engine as well ie LC engine fitted YPVS barrel with dry clutch conversion! All this is in the progress and should be ready hopefully by Feb 2011.
Yes would really appreciate any tips for go-faster goodies for my bike.

Well thanks for the compliments guys.I never knew India has so many two stroke fans!If any one of you planning a trip to Malaysia do it around end of May whereby there will be a massive gathering of bikes especially the 2 strokes!neroneuman wrote:Ramesvaran, you are living the dream of two stroke nuts in India!!bikermania wrote:

Anyhow could some body shine some light on this RDD CDI?As for us after the RD250E(i think)1979 all our rd's are fitted with CDI.And as for Suzuki GT250E already started to have CDI ie in 1978.Is this CDI a programmable CDI?
