Another RX fired with RDD goodies.

This bike was almost 1.5 year over now and i didnt used much so gave it to one of my friend and that lazy chap is also not riding much so took it from him and gave her a new life, she was one of the very first RXZ to get the Malaysian crap barrels in Bangalore which turned out to be nightmare and use to run like @$$ and felt like bike was far better in rotton stock bore which was nothing but a standard 4 speed bore.
2 months back removed the Malaysian bore and put the stock 4 speed barrel after getting her a 0.25 mm rebore and fresh piston from Yamaha showroom(bottom end was done last year so just replaced the top end bearing).Bike got back her initial pickup, told friend that let me do the CDi and filter as well as he was not very keen about other mods, so just as a basic RDD mod today get her RDD CDi, Chinoy Filter filter and jet.
Bike is still in run in period havent done even 100 kms after fresh top end build but still tried a bit and she felt free revving and pulling much more better and runs at low temperature now, Muks baba also tried her, she needs bit more tuning and may be bigger jet as some times she flutters while accelrating, not sure its due to jet or timing.Air screw is at 1.5 turn out and jet is 175 and pipe is non catcon old RXZ one, need inputs.
After all this the crank is felling like the weakest point of the bike as it was done by local mechanic and its not welded at bottom, anyways the owner is flying to Australia for 6 months so i am thinking better ill do the bottom end as well with new crank and 90/100 kit with Rons blessings.
