Analog CDI kit

Post by thruxtontexas »

I purchased an Analog kit from Economy Cycles in the latter part of 2009 for my 1976 RD-400, and I've just finished installing the wiring harness. The brass plate will be installed on the engine when it's re-built later this summer; I'd decided to finish a complete rolling chassis before overhauling the engine. Well, I'm happy to say that the installation went smoothly, thanks to a good wiring diagram and tech support. The D/C powered Tail/Brake lights (LED's require D/C), turn signals, horn, and inst. lights worked perfectly the first time I switched on the key. It's odd how the jobs that seem the toughest end up being the easiest; and the jobs that look easy end up being the toughest (like getting a decent paint job from a rattle-can  ). Thanks to Ron C. and John R. ..............................James.
