This was the post which came up on the rd-club group on yahoo along with the picture

-----------------------------
In the early 70s, the Yamaha RD350 set the motorcycling world on fire. It was light, rapid and unforgiving: in the right hands, it could comfortably see off a 750. In the wrong hands, it was a one-way ticket to the hospital. This restored and customized RD350 is the work of Seattle-based Twinline Motorcycles, and known as Project Goldhead in honor of the rare DG cylinder heads. According to shop owner Ian Halcott, the customer “walked into our shop with a basket case RD350 and about $5,000 in trick parts from Moto Carrera, [Ron] Chinoy and others, and asked us to make a cafe racer. So we took him up on it.” Twinline shaved as much weight off the already light bike as possible and focused on detail work, from cross-drilling the brake rotors, fitting stainless steel brake lines and Brembo parts, and adding skinny Bridgestone Battlax BT45 tires. “I hid the wiring under the seat pan because the Chinoy electronic ignition is huge,” says Ian. “The fender is an Airtech TZ and the tank is stock …we have not dyno’d it yet, but it’s happy to pull the wheel off the ground any time you desire. This bike is fun to ride and very thirsty!”
------------------------------

Hats off Ron - This is more than enough proof for your kit being the best for the RD350s of the world !!!

Despite this I find it hilarious to see folks on various indian forums (rdd included) trying to run down your product. I suppose it is natural for you to let things be. I think you know very well the essence of a Kannada saying which translates to "You throw a stone on shit and it splashes onto you".

Hats off once again =D> . Way to go Ron - more more and encore !!

Cheers

Mukus sounds like the guy has one of my Early Digital I prototypes. Those where the only huge boxes.
The new CDIs are the size of pack of 10s cigies. We use the latest SMD tech on the existing CDIs and where able to shrink the size to a fraction of the early units.

If we can track down this owner thru yahoo or how ever possible I would like to offer him a full and free upgrade to our latest CDI unit. I just know the bike will fly with those pipes and our latest digital CDI.
Please help me try and track the guy down.
Just like so many RD owners support me Id like to go out of my way to do something for special for somebody with a passion like this.
At least find out if he is from the US or UK. If he is from the US I can dispatch a unit to john and as soon as we track him down John can send the unit to him.

There are only two RDs in the world that have blown my socks off.
This is one of them and the other is in the customer feedback section.

This is the e-mail I got from the Builder.
=====================================================================
Ron,

Wow, the response to this bike has floored me. I am inspired by every
ones comments and support! I was able to make it to the forum and I
will leave a comment on the thread, but I wanted to contact you
personally. Thank you for your generous offer and I know the owner of
the bike is very excited. His name is Josh Sano and his email is
xxxxxx@gmail.com and I have included him on this email. I believe he
is on the forum as well. He is the one that brought your ignition into
the shop for this project and with this build we have had nothing but
success with your ignition system, it is the best we have sampled for
any rd350/400 it works and stays in time! if it were not for your
ignition we'd go back to points!

you can ship the new unit to my shop and I'll be sure Josh gets it and
the I'll install it.

also feel free to use the image on your site! and here are a few extra
pics that were taken during the filming of a documentary on the
culture of cafe bikes and also my shop. thats me on the bike.

our most sincere appreciation for your gift and your work,

Ian and Twinline Motorcycles
