Took the bike to 100K today in 5th gear according to the speedo, but for me it felt more like 80k , the rpm meter showed 5500 at that time i managed to glimpse at the rpm when it touched 100, are the numbers correct , what do you think Ron?

I think your meters are not very acurate. Best bet is to buy orignal meters or to get a digital speedo.
You had allready purchased those meters. So I installed them. I dont think they are RD meters inside. You can some what work out the acuracy with the gearing spread sheet.

Hi there Ron, the bike is behaving how it is supposed to behave, the engine is making some serious power from 4500 rpm on wards but will pull hard from as low as 2500, i smoked a maruthi zen today , and it was a piece of cake.the engine is not making too much heatnow a days.last monday i took out the bend pipe on the right side to have a look, the piston look clean no blow by , by i can see some marks on the barrel below the in take port, the spark plugs on the other hand looks dirty .the bike covered some 200 kilometers now , what are the things that i am supposed to check now?when can i do some wheelies?

No problem get a tube of 3 Bond and new gaskets. Re-do the gaskets.
For the bottle. Use araldite/epoxy or send it back to me and Ill do a regular bottle for you.

Ps: The Bottle Ramchand has is the See thru prototype we developed. At the time he was offered a regular Aliminum welded boost bottle. The posibility of the Prototype see thru bottle developing a leak was also pointed out. This bottle was developed by us to study gas flow dynamics inside a boost bottle at diffirent RPMs with the help of a strbe light.

ok Ron , the reeds have no leaks now, but the left carb is over flowing like a water tap turned on. what should i do ?
by the way i have a look inside the cylinders, there are tiny marks on the cylinder wall (all around the wall on both cylinders ) on the region of exhaust port like a band of lines ,it is present on both cylinders.after seeing that i pulled the bend pipes and aheva look at the pistons , the pistons also show very light scoring. but there marks are so tiny that you cannot feel them if you run your finger over them, but they are there all right.
the exhaust port have no carbon, no carbon on all other ports, just a light brown color and the ports are oily to touch.
the top of the piston and the inside of the heads and the sparks plugs are dark brown ad is oily to touch. Th walls of the pistion as far as i can see is very light brown in color.
The bike have done some thing like 400 kilometers till now.

The boost bottle is still leaking a bit.I think i have to bring it over.

Sounds good.
Ive noticed those vertical marks on all RD barrels. They come from dust I think. Or they could be Micro Sizures Im told. But I still think its just dust.
Only protection is a good filter.

You should be able to take it to the redline by now.

Hi RAMCHAND......due you have filters in both the fuel lines to the carb...if not then get the small hero honda filters and install them....
i came to know they prevent the carbs from overflowing...i dont understand why ....but i guess it works..

I did take her to the red line but it is scary , some thing strange is happening , and it happened twice, the front brake lever is getting stuck, like it feels rock hard , i cannot squeeze itiis it possible tht it is happening due to the vibes to the handle bars? the brake is working again when the rpm/speed goes down.
The acceleration is super i ran out of road each time.

on why filters help flooding..got an explanation.......they control deposits on the needle valve and seat.....so the carbs dont overflow.......
