Left Bangalore in a hurry...had to take the bike to Indore via Bhopal in train. Reached Bhopal at night 9:30pm...the bugger luggage guy responsible to open the luggage van is not around. The train stops there for 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes were the most painful...and then the Engine driver blows the horn for departure...I run to the driver asking him to wait for just 1 min more and suddenly the luggage guy appears...the bike is offloaded in like 5 seconds with some by standers seeing me running around helping me to off load the bike from the luggage van. Thank God for that driver to oblige...(I told my wife..if the bike is not offloaded then I going all the way to Delhi and come back next day evening with the bike).Anyways I push the bike to the luggage section on platform 1 and was asked to come back next morning.
Day two: I am there at 10am to pick up the bike and get it without any hassles. All koolies at the station ask me.."sir ye imported bike hai kya".
Day three: Get up early morning 5AM. I leave at 6AM. Once out of the Bhopal city..nice open four lane highway fully empty towards Indore...My RTR console was not connected and I had to depend on my butt dynolacious to maintain speed. I was tempted many time to go WOT...but...my mind said hang on..
I took breaks at regular intervals of 30-40 kms for the engine to cool off. I was amazed by the engines tractability..the whole ride I was on the sixth gear like 95 %...even at around 40kmph the bike would pull on sixth..then.. After like around 100 kms..I hit a really sweet piece of road...now my temptation gave way...I went like probably around half throttle....from cruising at around 60-70...I thought I hit the power then...the bike just pulled and pulled and pulled...I think I did somewhere around 110 and then backed off...Shit..that 60 to 110 was like 1 sec

…the bike was going ahead under me.....then the stats came to mind...I am running the bike with totally bad jetting (running 240s from Ron)..and the bike is under jetted...running on curve 2 and this was the pull

...already I was shivering from that 60-110 pull and then this thought of ...what if the bike was properly jetted and running on curve 1....I was smiling the remaining 100 kms..with this thought..
