Hi there,

I'm Navin. avid biker, moved to bangalore recently and working here. Proud owner of a 1997 RXZ 4 speed. and looking to squeeze out as much from her as possible!
present mods, (all non-engine) - pulsar front end, disc n fork assy, unicorn swing arm assy.

Picked her up for my friend for 12k in 2003 from Bells road, Chennai.
Ultimately talked him into selling it to me in july 2008. But was horrified when i went to pick it up, it was covered in rust, and left to rott in the rain for 8 months...
so you must really guess what condition it must be in now. I'm going thru a long process of getting the bike in pristine condition..
An yeah, my precious and first bike was a pulsar 180 '03. She ran like a babe for her first 3 yrs and turned to a b****.
After repeated visits to the mechanic and dealer, sold her.

And i wanted to share this info, i'm a die hard 2stroke fan and have been googling 2 strokes for sa long as i remember.
I dunno which year, but i have come across Mr.Chinoy's drag RD mod back in 2000 or 2002,and was so excited to know how the mods were coming thru and was really proud that finally someone in India is able to do such detailed research n mods. Those were the days when we could get Rd's for 30k!!! lol

Keep up the good work Chinoy, been wanting to join RDD for a while but got the time only today....

Welcome man, hope very soon you'll change your mind from Non engine to complete engine mods as you have the bike which is very much capable of taking lots of engine mods within budget, start with making her 5 speed with CDI, rest you can go through step by step.
